Rôtisserie St-Hubert

Great place and service. Food is good standard StHubert. The staff is super sharp and efficient. Went with 9 month old niece and 3 generation family for her first time in a restaurant. Set us up in a quiet and comfy booth and were patient and kind.

The place does not even deserve 1 star but there is NO choice for ZERO. The service was terrible and extremely slow. When you order coffee or tea you may want to bring your own sugar and cream/milk because for some reason the staff cannot conceptualize as to why anyone might desire such things to go with it. ??? Food finally came and was COLD. Chicken was bloody and undercooked, ribs were like shoe leather, tough, cold and overdone. Looks like they'd been sitting under the hot lamp all day long. Not freshly cooked. The fries were cold , rubbery and unappetizing. Oh yeah , they give you a bun to eat and it looks like the bottom of a cheap "No Name" brand hamburger bun. I do not recommend the place whatsoever. Avoid it because it's poor quality and snotty service is an insult to your dignity and wallet. The staff and their high opinion of themselves seem to think you should be happy just to be blessed to be in their presence and get a passing smile as if you're among Oscar stars at the side of a red carpet. If I were the manager I would fire them all and put any new staff under a strict drill of improving service as well as food quality coming to your table HOT. What's going on there is quite sad and it wouldn't surprise me if it eventually closes up shop because I cannot imagine anyone finding this place with bad service and poor food quality acceptable. And the bathroom was no cleaner than a highway truck stop as well. Terrible, terrible, terrible and never again for me!

They used to have really good poutine ... one of the best in town. This June 2017, In order to cut costs they replaced/reduced the ingredients to their cheaper alternatives. Now you get, instead of crispy good tasting fries, some soft brown fries one finds in cheap fast food places. You get so few cheese that you wonder why you are paying close to 10$ for something that is worth 3-4$. Oh and not to mention their sauce tastes diluted. Overall quality reduced from 9/10 to 4/10 (now) while the price remained constant. Letdown...

My fiancé and I live near by and we like to come here often. We always have a good time here and the food is pretty good. The staff are usually very quick and polite. I recommend this restaurant for sure.

Great space and location. The food is good, I guess it's the standard St. Hubert. The servers are very nice and polite. However the service is really slow. It took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive from the time we order.
