Nous nous spécialisons dans le BBQ sud américain et servons des favoris tels que: le pulled pork cuisiné plus de 14h, la poitrine de boeuf fumée plus de 18h (Brisket), Bacon fumé, saucisse fumée, poulets/dindes et côtes levées rôties 6h (baby back & ST-Louis).
Nos viandes sont fumées à basses températures à l'aide de bois de pommier locale pour exalter les saveurs de nos viandes. Le Smoking BBQ est déjà réputé pour sa fameuse et décadente Poutine au ‘’Pulled Pork’ gagnante de la meilleure poutine au Québec en 2014 ainsi que pour ses ''Fall of the bone'' babyback ribs

We specialize in American Southwest BBQ and serve favourites such as pulled pork, smoked brisket, smoked bacon, smoked links (sausage), chicken and ribs. Our meats are smoked for hours at low temperatures with local apple wood to enhance the flavours of our meats. The Smoking BBQ is famous for its decadent and gigantic ‘’Pulled Pork Poutine ‘’ Voted best Poutine in Québec and for our FALL OF THE BONE babyback ribs

We were a group of 16 people who went to Smoking BBQ with high expectations after hearing such great things. Unfortunately, the wait for the food was extremely long & when some of us did receive our food, it was cold. To make matters worse, there was a mix-up with one of the plates given, so we had to send it back only to have them take it to the kitchen, make us wait & bring it that exact same plate to someone else from our table where there was clearly a bite taken out of the ribs from the person who initially was given the plate. When we brought this to our waitress attention, she quickly responded that they had ran out of ribs to justify what had just happened. She offered to change the plate, since there were no more ribs left, but no apologies whatsoever for giving a plate that was previously chewed. When it came time to pay, still no apologies were offered by the waitress. Instead she blamed the cooks for the incident & continued to argue that it was not a big deal since the person who had chewed the food from the plate they tried to give back was within our group. This is unacceptable!!! The lack of customer service & overall quality of the food isn’t enough to make us come back here EVER.

The food is super good, but this place has very few staff members. Also the portions to share are way too small to actually be shared with the number of people they suggest. Side note: the beans are amazing.

We took the 15-20 min walk from our hotel based on the google reviews and boy am I glad, the food was really good. As you can see we went with the 3 meat & 3side combo which my husband and I shared, the waitress somehow mixed up and gave us a corn on the cob when I asked for corn bread but what you do not see is that she brought over 2 white buns so the mix up worked well. While they ran out of the smoked chicken which was disappointing the rest made up for that, we opted to pay the $10 additional charge (combo 3/3 was like $37.99 +10 ) for the brontosaurus beef rib which was deliciously good it is pricey! Service was good and we would eat here again

The food is really tasty and affordable but omg, I've been there 3 times and last Saturday was the worst. The service is so bad! I feel like they're always understaffed... We waited almost an hour for our food, because a group of 20 people was there. If you can't deal groups, don't accept them!!! They did not seem too sorry about it, they did not offer us any compensation for the wait. We left the restaurant angry and simply decided never to go back again.

It was our last stop for our entire visit to Montreal and my boyfriend took me here! We were taken care of very well and right away. The guy was very pleasant and friendly! I almost fainted with how good their food is! I ordered Mac and Cheese Smoking! It was so delicious that makes me wanna keep coming back to Montreal!
