George's Greek Village

Pros: The music was authentic and fun, the atmosphere and look was authentic and the food came quickly. Also, the presentation was nice and classy with fancy tea glasses and dishes. Cons: Food: The food was on the salty/greasy side (maybe that's a Greek thing?). The dish I had said Gyro but was just two potatoes cut in half, a lot of very salty rice, a pita on top with some sliced lamb on that. The lamb and the pita were the best part but the lamb was again really salty. My wife had moussaka which was actually much tastier, well presented and less salty though still on the greasy side. Staff: The staff forgot we were there and it took us asking multiple staff to get someone to bring us a bill which took about 20 minutes (it was a busy Saturday night). Some of the staff were right into it with great personality and pleasant conversation but others looked bored and that brought down the vibe of the place. Overall: Altogether, if you're looking for a great Greek atmosphere and experience I thought they did a great job overall. What was lacking was the staffing and the great Greek food I often hear people raving about. Will I go there again? Probably not. Maybe I'm just not into Greek food.

I've had take out and dined in both great! huge portions and reasonable prices. Lots of parking and beautiful dining rooms with nice views.

I heard many people tell me how awesome this restaurant was so I decided to go today for an early dinner. Asked the waitress for suggestions and 1 of 3 was the lamb dinner. I ordered the lamb and could barely eat 2 bites. The meat was tough, dry and very blah. Potatoes were still raw in the middle and just overall..blah. The waitress did see that I wasn't enjoying my food and repeatedly offered to replace the lamb but wasn't hungry anymore by that point. The restaurant itself was meticulous and the staff was amazing. The other dishes might be amazing but the lamb was pretty brutal. Brought the lamb home and my dog absolutely loved it lol.

Great food great service great prices would highly recommend Georges we will definitely be returning thank you for a great meal :)

Order the moussaka, and request to sit at a table where George will serve you. George (the server) was a blast to deal with. We will be back to see him again very soon.
