Had a great experience with the employee who helped me chose a cutting saw. I didn’t catch her name but to make sure she gave me the right information she asked her manager and he quickly stepped in to help. Great service and advice from both even for such a small project. First time I go into a Rona and do not feel dismissed by employees!

What a fail the natural Christmas tree… very disappointed with. I am awake is not Rona fault but should not still selling this bad quality tree. I feel like this is a scam this tree.

Had bought a propane tank at the beginning of the season one of those exchange tanks ,was worried that it looked old at the time of sale but was told the date is still good ,today I go to exchange and the guy tells me no it's to old ,but I told him I have the receipt and to check his cameras to show that I actually bought that tank here and the guy would not listen and just walked away ,terrible service ,pretty much got screwed out of 100 $ and it's not the first time service was terrible avoid this rona at all costs !!!!!!!!!Wish I could but 0 stars ,complete trash service!!!!avoid coming here people i cannot stress this point enough ,

I bought a water heater tank giant 60 gal and the tank has a big scratch on it. The tank was repainted and sell it as brand new . I paid for a brand new tank not a refurbished. I should open it before buying it.

Excellent service, found exactly what I was looking for and clerk helped place in cart, checkout very pleasant and courteous.
