Greater customer service. Yes, not great, greater than I've experienced!!!!! Mechanics are also the greatest! I've burned by some, but these will really blow your mind.

That's the best Canadian tire where to go shopping there is a lots of good products here, thay give the best service, I'm coming here a lot to shop, I like the products what I can find here, they have everything you never thought you'll need, I would suggest everyone to come here and enjoy their service because they're giving the best service, I have had with them good experience

First time I find an employee asking for help in Canadian Tire, it happened today, and when I replied "yes", he immediately asked me to leave because it was 7:59 and it opens at 8:00, but he did not lock the doors .. so I just entered, anyway bad attitude from the employee who seems a manager

Meh. Once you've seen one Canadian Tire you've seen them all. In fact, I'm feeling "Canadian Tired" just thinking about that. Prices are reasonable. Place is well lit. Variety is OK.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER very very disappointed A general manager mr Matt or Mart and Johanne manager customer service, I swear to god that they were very à experienced and no help at all , the supplier of Garrison door look broke down on me and it has been less than 1 yrs and they refused to change it with a new one and when a supplier accepted to change and send me back to the store. I can’t believe the an competent people that the work there. Never never never again at Canadian tire I have been getting a worst experience customer never again trust me. Legal action will follow…. Don’t buy this people they offer 0 garantie instead 5 yrs. Dir. Matt and et la gérante Johanne vous devez changé de domaine si vous aimez pas votre job. La bonne chaise à la bonne place , pensez s’y. It’s time maybe to look for something else and pls don’t deal with customers because you loosing a lot of potential opportunities. Canadian tire you must coach and train you people 0 on 10 knowledge. Very bad !!!

Horrible Customer service! I had a terrible experience today with Julie. Her attitude and lack of judgment for the situation at hand was disgusting… She tried to change her tone when the manager came around but it was too late at that point. I was told by the manager that good employees are hard to find so they do their best with what they have… that IMO is pathetic! I was lied to by both Julie and the manager. Just FYI never buy a gift card from this place unless you pay CASH they took my money out of my account and claimed the transaction did not work on their end… I showed proof that the money was taken from my account even with proof I was told that I had to pay another 50$ if I wanted to get my gift card activated… Now I am -50$ in my checking account and have opened a Claim with my bank against this Canadian tire to get MY money back this will take over a month!

Worst customer service I’ve had to witness. Monday, i went to your store to purchase a Nut sets for my impact drill, I told the clerk who works there if it comes with a magnet, since I work in the rooftops and I could risk on losing my 5/16” screws. He says yes, and the product is the best blablabla. Upon using it, the set didn’t have any magnet. So, on Wednesday I went for an exchange and to check if there’s anything else with that has a magnet Nut-set. I got greeted by your manager I don’t know if it’s true named Johanne. Super impolite. I wanted to exchange & purchase something else but she was having none of it. Paid my money for nothing. Now, I don’t know if your so-called Clerks have a degree on mechanics, or they just studies Political-Science or what-not, but this was a complete lack of respect out of your company, and i will never never purchase ANYTHING from your stores ever again. That’s my review, shop anywhere else. But not Canadian Tire.

Poor customer experience. I ordered Winter tires online, which where in stock on their website. After 4 days of waiting for my order to be processed for in-store pick-up, which I found to be long, because it normally takes 24 hours to fulfill, so I called customer service for an update, to learn 1 tires are not in stock as indicated on their site 2 should arrive by Nov 2nd, IF THEY ARRIVE, cause they are not even sure they will get them since the last time they got an order was in 2019??? Had I not contacted them, I would have been waiting and never knowing if I would even get anything, while I have an appointment to change my Winters in 2 weeks. Here's a suggestion, if you don't have them in stock, inform your potential customers that they are on backorder for them to make an informative decision, instead of taking my payment for something I am not even sure to get.

The terrebonne store is very nice! They have everything from toys to decorations and a lot more then just tools.
