worst customer service - bought a couch 1st October and they are postponing the delivery till 29 November .. No sense of responsibility.. disaster service

Big store which stocks most major brands, and dirrerent price points of each brand. The salesman was knowledgeable and very patient.

We purchased a leather set from this store. After a year I discovered that the leather is cracking, and if you check in between tge cushions, it is fully cracked and damaged, to the point where pieces are falling apart. I went to the store to claim that defect. The answer was the warranty expired 19 days ago. The leather damage doesn't happen in days, unless the quality of the product is bad or the materials are cheap. Note that i have 2 salons, so the usage is not a factor, as it was light. Cheap materials, bad products, and the worst is the Customer Service...

The place to go for your furniture. Can't recommend their delivery service which is contracted out and many don't give a ****
