The cashier didn't take off the plastic ink tag on my shoes. Noticed it for the coat right away so told her and she took it off but didn't think of looking at the shoes. Why do I have to do her job? Now I have to go back to the store just for this stupid tag do frustrating.

Manon didn't tell me I need to give a deposit to order frames AND she didn't take all the measurements. VERY bad service. NOT HAPPY.
