Very sad to say that their service is terrible...a few years ago they were great, today they completely forgot about what customer service really means. Switching to Home Depot where they know what customer satisfaction is all about from the second you walk in to the second you get to your car. Good luck Reno Depot...you will not stay in the market for long the way you do business.

You'll find great variety of renovation products. When it comes to expertise and advise, they sure lack of it. I prefer RONA for same great variety and expert advise.

Bought a brand new samsung washing machine. It was used 5th day after the purchase and we realized that it wasn't working and called for an exchange or repair (it's under 1 year warranty). The spokeslady flatly refused to repair it nor exchange it. She said "if you're not satisfied come have it returned but you'll have to pay 25% for the restocking fee." After citing the consumer protection law she gave me a number to call Samsung to make an appointment for a repairman to come. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
