Great experience with buying a pool and a hot tub from Trevi. Reps are very knowledgeable in all things pool related. Very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely continue doing business with Trevi again. They have stock, competitive pricing. If you’re looking for excellent service and great stock to choose from - this is the place! Thank you!
A big shout out to Claude for the big help with buying a new pump and heater for my pool. Simple, friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me without pushing or trying to sell. Gave me all the information I needed and then some. Overall a wonderful service and experience.
Above ground pool is fine. After Sales service is mediocre. After their install the 3 of the 6 lights weren't working and decorations on the posts weren't screwed in. After going in person, exchanging multiple emails having to call 4 times and everytime they seemed lost and I needed to re-explain the issues, 3 months later I gave up and fixed the issues myself. Last time the lady even said their service person said they don't screw them in 1- All the previous times I talked to them they said that indeed they needed to come within 3 days never happened 2- They have a video on their site where they show that they need to be screwed in. I would never buy from them ever again
Worst customer experience I even had. They don't respect installation date that was given on the contract. Installation was not done correctly, try to have a repair team is a nightmare. Repair show up at my house without advising.... they start emptying our pool and left, without closing anything. Came back from work, to realize they have access our pool without our agreement. Just trying to speak with someone, need to have 1 or 2 hours of spare time, this is ridiculous !!!!
Trevi is another of those companies that give you 5 star service for pre-sales, and 0 star service after you've signed the contract. I have bought an above ground pool with them. Delivery has been a nightmare since they packaged the pool poorly and it almost fell on my house, I had to use my garbage bins to prevent it from damaging the siding of my house. Now, they're over 3 weeks late of agreed installation date with no signs of when it will get done. No one answers calls, replies to emails and their staff is rude, as if we were being annoying for asking when do they foresee our installation to happen. Greedy sales and bad customer service. Great recipe. I'm quite sure those 5 star reviews you're seeing are fake or created by the company itself, just pay attention to the text and pictures. 5 Months later that deserves an update: new low! a part of my pool skimmer simply cracked out. I called and they promptly agreed to repair it and scheduled the repair. I was impressed. They didn't make the appointment. No explanations. They gave a second date. They called to tell me to lower the water volume and.... they didn't show up again. Then I called and guess what, they said they don't have the parts, they don't know when they'll have the parts and they can't tell me when they'll come at all. I now can't close my pool until they come and leaves are starting to fall. Cherry on top of the cake: customer service makes you feel you're doing something wrong by calling and asking questions!
I’m baffled by the good reviews. The after sales experience is by far the worst I’ve had with any purchase. For such an expensive item, you’d think someone would follow up with you once you’ve decided to invest tens of thousands of dollars? No. They don’t care. Our pool has been sitting In our backyard waiting for Installation for almost 3 weeks with no one reaching out to let us know of delays. We’ve had to call and email to ask why it’s late by three weeks. I’m sorry but the customer shouldn’t have to call YOU to ask you why and when. YOU should be keeping your client informed along the way. If you can’t keep up with capacity, don’t make the sale. Simple. I’ve never been more disappointed. Apparently you get to find out when they will Install 24-48 hours in advance so.. don’t leave to go anywhere during the summer. Zero transparency. Zero follow up. If you want to feel valued as a client go somewhere else. I feel like a complete burden and annoyance. I’m sorry that I’ve invested so much money with you. My apologies for wanting Information. *eye roll*. I’ll likely be asking them to come pick up their stuff to cancel.
Worst customer service of all times. Everyone is so lazy nobody wants to answer or help. First nobody was a able to answer us with proper installement dates, no body is answering the phone so we went there in DIX30 and found the guy feet on the table in his office. We asked him why he is not answering the phone he said that he received 1000 phone call per day… so don’t even expect a nice customer service… They finally installed a pool with a heater that NEVER worked back in June 2022. We are now mid august and we need to still push to try to contact trevi send email and pressure them to move. Nobody wants to take this case, all employees are transferring us to somoene else. Now they are asking to contact the heater company directly??? WHY are we going to contact the heater company when the heater never worked when trevi installed it? It’s not like we used it and it broke, it just never worked from the moment the instal was done. They refuse to send any technicien to come see in place. If you have a problem don’t expect ANY kind of service, you paid then they are just done with you. Very frustrating Update: they even give us the wrong company to contact for the heater I just can’t believe it at this point. The manufacturer told us to contact Trevi again because they don’t take care of this machine. We ve been doing this back and forth for MONTHS.
Overall a very nice store for pool and spa supplies, water testing and other professional advise. Friendly staff always willing to help you find what you need.
Poor quality of their products. Tissue changed color dramatically after just few weeks. They replaced the product far the same model..... same thing after couples weeks. They accept to upgrade for an other model..... now the table top is poping out with heat. So, very disapointed for the price. When we pay over 3 000$ for a set you expect to keep it for more than a season in good shape.
