I will preface with two things: 1. I am a pretty patient person and 2. I am not one to write a negative Google review. But, I am so disappointed with my experience with Verti-Store Brossard that I must warn anyone considering purchasing anything from them. I purchased shades in January 2022 and am still missing part of my order almost a year later. My initial experience was positive. The rep who served me in-store was knowledgable and pleasant and I was really excited to receive my order. At the time, I was told it would take 3-4 months to receive and they collected a deposit from me. I contacted them a few times for updates about my order as the 4-month window came and went, but received a curt "if we didn't call you, they aren't ready" type of response every time. While I understand that many businesses had supply chain issues because of the pandemic, there was a complete lack of follow up regarding my order and I was left wondering what happened. In June, I was finally informed that my order had arrived and was asked to pay the remaining balance in full. However, when I received my order on June 15, one of the shades was missing! Turns out their shipping partner lost it. At this point, Verti Store offered me free installation which I accepted and I was informed that they would order a new shade to complete my order. At the time, I was told it would arrive by September. It is now November 24. Still only have half my order. I have called their Laval store several times now because Brossard is of course closed for renovations in hopes that someone would follow up with me to no avail. It's a shame because I'm really happy with the shades that I actually received--that's why I'm giving 2 stars. They look great and are good quality. But this whole experience has been frustrating beyond belief and for that reason, absolutely do not purchase from them. They took my money and seem to have very little interest in actually delivering me the product I paid for.
We ordered blinds from this store last November and received them quite rapidly but they were the wrong colour. And since then no one returns calls. The last contact has been in February. The store is closed for renovations. They are holding a 50% deposit and I cannot get blinds for the last 7 months. It is completely ridiculous and I will file a report with the Office de la Protection des Consommateur. Very frustrating!
The store has been closed for renovations and I have had questions to resolve. Yassine, one of the members of their team was so helpful each time. Valuable members of the team such as him are priceless. As a customer, my experience with him saved the day.
I purchased blinds from this store. I was appropriately greeted at the door, and served by 2 new employees who did relatively well. My issue wasn't with the service received in store, but the actual purchase and subsequent service. During these difficult pandemic times, I understand that it takes time to get any source material to get furniture or otherwise done. So, that it took a month to get 3 blinds, I had no issue with. The problems started with how one of the blinds was ill-cut at the factory, requiring for them to take it back, to get cut again. Which, once again, fine, I understood that it would take a while. 3 weeks later, a rep returned with the properly sized blinds, but was provided with the wrong clips to install the valence. Please note that I paid for installation. She came back one week later with another pair of wrong clips. After another 3 weeks without contact from the store, I called back multiple times every 2-3 days as reps at the store promised to call me back the next day, but never did. The original rep, who was given the wrong clips and then brought the wrong clips, came again, just now, after I had called again to follow-up on when anyone would address my issue, to suggest using velcro on my valence. I'm not fond of having to use velcro, when I paid for all the blinds to be alike. Why were they not provided with the appropriate clips? Why would velcro be their solution? The rep told me that velcro is even better than the clips, and yet all of my other blinds have clips? If velcro is the best solution, why are not all of the valences attached with velcro? Not to say some other people would rather prefer velcro, but please provide me with the clips that were supposed to come with my blinds and valence. I will never again purchase anything at this store, nor will I recommend this to anyone else. My original purchase was on July 4th. We are now the 20th of September. Take note, that was only for 3 blinds, with an estimated 2.5 months' time to "complete". Go anywhere else for arguably better service.
Entered the store today, 3 salespersons were on the floor and no client was there except us. Nobody looked at us or even greeted us. One of them was even dressed in a suit, but he was sitting like an annoyed student. Customer service there is poor and made the store downgrade. Clearly I felt the staff there didn’t want to work. I hope other vertistore have better service, because the one in Brossard is awful!
My fiancé and I looked around and got estimates from a few places. No one took the time and detail like Jessica did with our place. I really appreciated her coming to the house to help me select a style and color. All the staff was really helpful and they installed everything pretty quickly. The best part is the great service for the price!
Carl was great to work with. Excellent service, timely responses, and a smiling face. Max's installation was quick and the drapes look great. Overall, an amazing company that I would recommend to others.
This is the second time i have ordered blinds through VERTI and both time they were efficient, cost-effective and pleasant. The installer Ken did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Overall great experience. A+
1- They did not cut the blinds well 2- They installed 2 of them in the wrong place 3- they left a hole on my wall !! Very bad management and service!!!
Got exactly what i needed, at a reasonable price, on time, Efficient personnel...
