A great local business that provide a friendly, quick, professional and value for money service. Rates have now serviced my car for several years and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Had to reschedule my appointment as not booked in and was quoted wrong price. DO NOT take your car here if you don't want any items going missing in your car. all my spare locking wheel nuts missing had ongoing issues solving the issues or even getting a call back eventually spoke to management who where not helpful and just believe the staff anyway over the customer. Shocking service.

What a brilliant  company staff very welcoming.  I am telling you if you want you motor preforming properly this the place to go! Let's get it right once your Terry McCann is running full of engine life , you are happy as Larry  Getting back to RATES you will be receiving a TOP NOTCH job. This firm are flying the flag. First class service , extremely helpful even though I only had a suspected puncture.

Wont be returning. Booked my van in for  faults on brakes to be diagnosed AND repaired and a full service to be done. When I get there I’m told only a 15mm check is booked in.  Waste of my whole day!!

Friendly service. Called in the morning for a wheel alignment and got seen straight away. Will definitely be booking my service and MOT soon

Changed my tyres on a Fiat Tipo at Fast Lane. Had my appointment on Saturday at 13:00, came in time for appointment but they started working 1 hour later. Job was completed fast. Only 3 stars because of their time management wasn't grate.

Always happy to help, polite and friendly

Once again all good, pleasant, effective staff. Only an oil change but all seems to be in order. Well done once again.
