Was in this store three separate times during weekdays. I spent more than 15 minutes climbing all over machines and equipment every time. On two occasions the sales people were in a group talking to each other and could not even be bothered to acknowledge my being there. Are these places doing well enough that customer service isn't necessary? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Great location, staff are passionate about the products and they treat you like family. Very casual and no-pressure atmosphere. Quick service, great prices and there's something for everyone.

Our company gets our ATV's repaired here, even though there are shops closer to us. I'm guessing there's something about this place that makes my boss want to spend his money here.
Staff are all friendly as well. They are always pleasant to deal with.

Very disappointed with the customer service from the blonde lady. Not professional, rude, overheard her putting down other customers and talking down to them. Did not feel welcomed and will be taking my business elsewhere.
