We bought a Van from Ben a recently at Okotoks Honda. What a delight it was dealing with him. We were not looking forward to the back and forth, the waiting game, pressured sales etc. Well thank goodness Ben was not like that at all. Our negotiations were quick, on the phone and Via Text message. Ben was prompt in replying and got us some extras. We knew exactly what we were getting before walking into the dealership. Unfortunately, the experience on the day of picking up the car (not Ben’s fault) was ideal. It was an hour drive for us from Calgary, dealership suggested we budget 2 hours for the pickup which I already thought was too long. Instead of two hours, we were inside the dealership for 5 hours!! The dealership did not have any snacks and there is no food in the area. So remember to pack some snacks on the day you are picking up your vehicle. The holdup was entirely on the finance side: 1) Finance made a mistake on the paperwork and needed to be reprocessed through the Bank. We sat around waiting for the bank to get back to the finance (the paperwork should have been reviewed prior to us arriving and mistake corrected). 2) The systems at Okotoks Honda apparently went down for a few hours 3) The pressure to take the extended warranty on the Van also took about an hour. 4) Finance only registered the Van for 7 days!!! A reminder that the registration on a newly purchased vehicle will in expire in 7 days would have been nice. Well we got a $300 ticket… not the dealerships fault obviously but so much effort was spent on selling the warranty, instead a reminder would have been nice that registration will expire in 7 days OR the vehicle should have been registered for the whole year. 5) back to snacks: Considering people are likely driving in from Calgary and your pickup process can take as long as it did for us.. having some granola bars would benefit some customers. Back to Ben - he didn’t go away after the sale. He is still answering questions and is working with us to try to sort out a slow leak in the tire we have had since we picked up the Van. Again, delight dealing with Ben, but there is a significant opportunity for Okotoks Honda to improve customer experience.

Marvin was very professional during the sale of my Odyssey, he was knowledgeable of the full working of the vehicle. He answered all of my questions with ease. He was always there when I needed him, he even answered my question when he was on vacation. This type of customer support/service should be the standard across the industry. An individual that is just starting is sales can learn a few things from Marvin on how to go that extra mile. I will be going back to Okotoks Honda, for my future purchases because Marvin is such a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work Marvin. Thank you for an outstanding care and support throughout the purchase of my Van.

Okotoks Honda was one of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing anything! As soon as you walk in, it’s a positive environment. Jillian was extremely helpful in my decision making process, and made the choice to give Okotoks Honda my business a no brainer. Super knowledgeable, so friendly and so easy to work with. I never once felt pressured to go through with anything and the team at Okotoks Honda made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole way through. This was my first car purchase of my life, so nerves were high and my expectations of going to a dealership were that of nightmares. But Okotoks Honda exceeded all my expectations In the best way possible. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to check out this amazing dealership and ask for Jillian to help you out! Nothing short of an amazing experience all the way through. I just picked up my 2017 Honda Civic from Okotoks Honda a few days ago. Normally buying a car can be quite stressful, but the staff made this a pleasant transaction, an amazing experience to say the least. I was introduced to Greg Judge (Brand Ambassador) a wonderful, knowledgeable, honest and patient person. I got myself a great deal, thanks to Greg and the management at Okotoks Honda. The test drive was a great experience, Greg went through everything meticulously and explained the workings of all the different little toys that came with this vehicle. He was indeed patient, I would most definitely recommend Okotoks Honda.......go see Greg Judge, a wonderful person to say the least.....................10 out of 10.

I had another amazing experience at Okotoks Honda. Every time I visit this dealership, I am always greeted and made to feel welcome. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I came in to see the CR-V, and Jillian was able to answer all of my questions, while helping me pick a trim level that suits my lifestyle. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past, and when we are ready to make another purchase, it will definitely be from here. I would highly recommend the trip to Okotoks Honda, as they truly do treat you like family.
