Towed my vehicle to Fix Auto after a Collision, under the direction of my insurance company. Couldn't be happier with the service I received right from the beginning of the process. Joel and his staff were so accommodating to my needs as I couldn't make it to their shop inside regular business hours so they did everything they could to work around my schedule including staying late for me to pick it up once completed. The car looks amazing, can't even tell it was in an accident, and it was as clean as it looked the day I picked it up new. Would highly recommend Fix Auto and will return should I require anything related to my vehicles

Joel and his team at Fix Auto Okotoks were amazing to work with. My vehicle looks amazing, super clean and they were ahead of schedule. Super happy with this place. Highly recommended.

I cannot believe the amazing service I got from Fix Auto in Okotoks!! I smashed my F150 on the highway and did some serious damage to it. I was shocked with how fast and organized they were. They apologized that they weren’t going to have my truck done by Christmas for me, when I wasn’t expecting its completion until January! With all the damage I did to it I was happy to hear that it was even saveable. Not only did they do a great job of keeping in touch with me and letting me know how things were going but they did an incredible job on my truck too. I was almost squealing when I saw how beautiful it looked all ready to come home. (It hasn’t looked that good for some time.. like since the day I bought it) I would recommend these lovely people to everyone and anyone! I also couldn’t believe how easy and stress free this whole encounter was. When I first saw the damage to my truck I thought this was it. The next few months of my life are going to stress packed, but I didn’t have to worry about anything! They did everything and more to make sure I understood the damage and repairs, procedures regarding rental vehicles, and even helped me understand “insurance” haha. They helped explain things I didn’t understand, that I didn’t even expect them to know. I can’t say I’ve destroyed a vehicle before but if it ever happens again I hope I am dealing with these guys again. I dealt with the owner as well as the front end staff and found that they were all so so helpful! Thank you so much Morley and your amazing team!! My truck runs and looks so beautiful now! 😍 Your shop even put my after market equipment back together perfectly! 👍🏻 Great job guys, keep doing what you’re doing! And I can’t believe your detailer’s work! It’s cleaner than it’s been in years! Heck I would recommend these guys for their detailing abilities alone! My paint is so perfect it’s like staring in a mirror, that is a real treat for a 2006 f150 that’s been a little abused. 😆 Thank you a thousand times over for turning a tragic nightmare into a holiday miracle. 😊 you’re the best!
