Just a quick comment of my experience at Okotoks Ford. After searching for months locally and out of province, I finally found something online that fit my price and expectations. Chris McNab worked closely with us to seal the deal. He went over and above to accommodate our needs. He  also made us feel comfortable and confident buying out of province. He is a genuine and trusting sales associate that I would recommend to anyone. Chefs Rule!

A huge thank you to the service and parts department for being rockstars and getting my truck done in a pretty tight deadline. Their teamwork made it happen and I was beyond surprised that my list of items got done.  Seriously the best customer service and better yet, I trust them 100% with my vehicle.

I had purchased a car middle of August, everything was great until I actually picked up the car. 

I live about an hour drive from the dealership, and had traded in my old car. One condition I needed to meet was to replace the windshield in my current car. No problem. $250 later. 

After not having my car ready for pick up because it hadn’t “been detailed yet”, they pushed back pick up time by 2 hours. This pick up date was scheduled 2 weeks ahead of time, so not sure why this wasn’t done.  Again, this is quite annoying as I live an hour away and couldn’t just head home to wait. 

After picking it up, and taking it home that’s when all the problems start. As soon as I turn my car off, I have a “service due” light come on. After looking closer, I also have numerous chips in the windshield. After having to replace mine with a brand new one, I was quite annoyed to be sold one with cracks starting in it. The tire is currently missing a piece of the hubcap. The bank had also taken out money that shouldn’t have been taken out for weeks, because the financial advisor had “forgot to let the bank know”. I had immediately texted the sales girl I was dealing with - and she said she would order the parts and get this dealt with! Great. Still annoyed I need to make another 2 hour round trip, but at least they’re trying to make it right. Was I ever wrong. 

I had ended up being extremely busy with work, and unable to make it in the first few weeks as my work schedule didn’t line up with their hours. Jessy is now completely ignoring me! I am trying to set up a time that is convenient for THEM to bring the car they sold me in, to get ignored. 

Frankly, this dealership was great until you actually take the car home. Talk about wanting your money and not looking for your future business.

UPDATE: Who am I supposed to contact when Ken hasn’t got back to me now? This is a JOKE!

Bought my 2014 Ford Explorer from Okotoks Ford and I love it. The Sales Manager Ken was fantastic and made sure I got the right vehicle for me and Lucas the finance manager made all the paperwork clear and straightforward. Would definitely buy from the team at Okotoks again.

WOW, what a great dealership. A pressure free sales environment, friendly staff and sales guys. 

Nothing was too much trouble even down to the explanations of all the functions of the vehicle to my daughter who was buying the car.

 Andrew and Lucas both unbelievably helpful and professional making sure at all times that "the customer" experience was just perfect. 

As a parent of a 16 year old "new car buyer" I cannot congratulate team Okotoks Ford enough on making this an experience that deserves a 5 star review
