One of the best slide in coquitlam area! Great park for kids of all ages. Airy and plenty of space for parents to sit and watch. The only downside is the limited space for parking and no washrooms. The ground is that spongy rubber tire stuff, which is WAY better then wood chips. Small ground for soccer and basketball. Never ending fun for the kids, and perfect place to drain their energy.
Great little park for the kids to play at. My kids always have a lot of fun here. Its basically a hill with slide and lots of places to climb. Park has a trail around the perimeter and tennis/ball hockey court too. Not many places with shade but there are a few beaches.
A small but fun neighborhood park in Coquitlam. It was designed to make use of the steep of the area. Young kids will have lots of fun climbing up and sliding down.
Wonderful and creative park! Highly recommend for kids of almost any age. Our two year old loved the big slide and playground. Definitely targeted at kids over 3, but still fun for younger kids with some supervision. Very busy on weekends though!
My kids enjoy Queenston park and make a point to stop when we're in the area. They're elementary school aged and are quickly bored with the two climbing structures but they enjoy the novelty of the slides built into the hill and trying out all the different ways to climb up the hill. There's also a smaller fenced multi-sport court that's more fun as the kids get older; or when they're younger and learning to ride bikes/scooters etc.
My 2 yr old girl absolutely loves this park, we will definitely be back. Therz options for the littles, for big kids, and even bigger kids. Though she challenged herself and was able to climb it all! The metal slide seems steep at first but kids going down it actually move pretty slow, so it's safe for younger kids.
This is a great unique playground. They have used the steep slope as a feature in the playground designing all the climbing elements around it. They also have no mulch so it is great for younger babies and toddlers with a small structure just for them. There are a couple of benches to sit and watch kids on the playground and a large grassy area above that could be used for a picnic.
It is a small playground but the long slide was good enough to take my kid's attention. it is located on the middle of mountains, so please don't forget extra jacket if you come here after summer time.
This is a small and quiet playground, but pretty different from other play areas due to the steep climbing toys. Great for kids age 3 - 8. Right next to it there is a small halfcourt with 2 small goals and a basketball hoop.
Love this park but that metal slide is a death trap if it's wet! So of course my 9 year old son loves it.
