Little bumpy. Should probably have signs to explain track etiquette not that anyone follows track rules anyway... busy, lots of people in jeans walking in lane one. C'mon folks, walk on the outside lanes.... I complain but everyone there was nice enough :
A nice place to go for a run, not many people around. The track could use a little TLC in one corner where some tree roots have made it uneven, but overall fine for casual runs/walks.
It's a decent track! The synthetic material feels good to run on and holds grip pretty well in the rain. There's a decent amount of parking on the side of the road, and a big open grassy oval in the middle that is maintained pretty regularly. Only thing is the bleachers off to the side are a little worse for wear, and there are roots that have grown underneath parts of the track and lifted them up. It could do with a rebuild, but as it is, it's a nice enough track that I run at everyday.
Nice 'hood. The 4th lane with dangerous bump. Ba aware!
Great publicly accessible track and field beside the Poirier library. Popular with locals looking for a nice flat easy place to go for a run or make some of their 10,000 steps. Outside lanes of the track are uneven in spots due to tree roots.
Convenient location for some easy or speedy run. And is close to Mundy park to make a 5km run.
Field is natural grass and can be muddy in colder or rainy weather, and the field often used or booked by the secondary school on weekdays. but the athletic field great on weekends or sunny days and is cut short and mowed often. Note: this is for the Centennial Field, not the Centennial Track. Many reviewers are talking about the track on here when this marker is for the field
Nice location but track itself needs some repairs
Track is a bit bumpy in some parts. But it's a pretty good track.
