I've been going to Dr. Benoit for many years now and I can say I am really happy with his work and his team. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. What sets him apart is his holistic approach. He helps you to find and address the underlying cause of a problem and not just drill and cut. Thank you all for a service that goes above and beyond!

I've been going to GLOBAL DENTAL ART for over 2 years now and this place is awesome! They are really knowledgeable, very thorough. I'm really bad about flossing and my hygienist always knows when I'm falling behind on taking care of my teeth. Everyone at the front desk is super friendly and always ask me how I am doing. I work freelance so I always have to reschedule my appointments and its always easy to call in and reschedule. The thing I like most about GLOBAL DENTAL ARTl is that they send me periodic text messages to remind me about my appointments, so I know if I have to reschedule. If you're thinking to yourself, "how can this place get any better?". There's was easy and free parking in front every time i was there !

After considerable research trying to find a holistic dentist I finally thought I had fallen into good hands with Dr. Benoit. His Injections and extractions are well done and he performs procedures with a high level of dexterity. However, be warned, Dr. Benoit has a short fuse should anything go wrong! If you simply need routine dental work I suspect you would be well served by this dentist. However, if your experience is one that involves complicated, recurring treatments that go wrong or you are not satisfied with the service you receive and heaven forbid you complain then this practice might not be for you. Without warning or communication, and after arriving for my appointment on time and unaware of what was to transpire, I was simply informed that Dr. Benoit would no longer treat me. I had written a long email two weeks earlier complaining about the second set of partials which I had tried to get used to for four months. The enunciation was terrible and my voice sounded hollow, like something was in my throat. From then on he would not cooperate. This was a big blow, right in the middle of treatment. Subsequently, after seeking the advice of two other dentists, I was informed that my requests for compensation are not unreasonable given the state of the work that was carried out by Dr. Benoit and they both deemed it unprofessional to be turned away as a patient in this manner. It took some time to find a suitably qualified dentist to replace him and one who could rectify the situation he had created. After several treatments many of the fillings done by Dr. Benoit were replaced and other restorative procedures carried out, and I can now use floss without it fraying. In brief, after the first set of partials failed, I said I didn't want partials but was told if they failed again we'd try a third time, which never happened. Although he agreed to repay half the cost, there were conditions: that I come in with new replacements that satisfied me (bearing in mind there were still two extractions to do beforehand) and bring in the old partials. Why didn't he just give me the money and that be the end of it? Meanwhile a piece of a front tooth he had filled 15 months earlier fell off and I requested reimbursement (as most dentists redo their failed work). Rather than admit bad workmanship he blamed it on my propensity towards cavities, even though it had crumbled off in two parts, and the dentist who fixed it had given me a paper stating that the filling had simply fallen off. Despite this he still refused. It's not only the $155 (185 to repair), fair is fair and had it been due to cavities I wouldn't have asked. Even a dentist I saw before him refunded $800 after being informed that two teeth had to be redone, quickly sent a check no questions asked! Almost ready to come in with the new partials I sent an email so the check could be prepared. It and other letters were ignored, perhaps in the hope that I would just go away. Finally after a year and a half and 3 letters from me he did make an attempt to repay his original offer but conditional to my signing freely and without compulsion a vague and binding agreement (unsigned by him and attached with incorrectly dated paperwork). It is not too much to ask of professionals to do a job to the best of their abilities and to admit when they are wrong, or if their work is substandard, deficient or defective. I feel aggrieved that I have had to seek help elsewhere and at further cost to myself when my original dentist should have at best, carried out proper and correct restoration of the defects, and if he was not willing to do so, refund without question the costs of my treatment. Sadly this hasn’t been the case and I find myself out of pocket and traumatized by the events, and frustrated and angry at what should have been a simple and straightforward process of professional courtesy. Patients become afraid to voice disappointment at the risk of provoking a crises. Expressing this review serves to help me let go of this bad 'reno' that took place in my mouth.

I highly recommend Bessy Georgaris at Art Dentaire Global if you need to have your teeth cleaned. She is probably the most thorough yet gentle dental hygienist I have had the good fortune to meet. She gives your a dazzling smile! Thank you, Bessy. I also highly recommend Dr. Franck Hugbéké, if you are looking for a skilled, courteous and very knowledgeable dentist who cares for your teeth using a holistic approach. Thank you, Dr. Hugbéké
