Staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are kind of thin, so you can hear some people talking or if they are letting the hotel door close loudly. The hold that they put on the rooms $250/room while you are staying like a damage deposit was more than I would have liked to pay, but I got it back the day after we left.
I really don't understand why you keep the manager around? He is very disrespectful and a rude individual. I asked him for the number for corporate and they want to get an attitude with me about itnHe called me out of my name said I was retarded one thing led to another he spit on me.So I ended up having to hit this guy. I called corporate after the situation had occurred they said they were having multiple complaints against this motel in particular. they said they were watching investigation keep me posted on what happensnJust know he is a thief and he will try to steal your deposit. Do t trust this place.
The manager is a complete jerk and difficult to work with. They committed fraud by charging for an extra night and also charged our personal credit card when they were supposed to bill my husbands company they have on file for a direct bill. They refused to reverse the charge. That’s okay though. Our credit card turned them in for fraud and will be investigating them. Our credit card reversed the charges and my husbands large company will no longer be using them as a choice for their employees to stay at. You definitely need to train your manager to be kind, courteous, and humble when he makes a mistake instead of a complete jerk. My husband couldn’t stand staying there another minute because the hotel was just gross.
UPDATE! We did try to stay there after doing it online and end up having a FAMILY EMERGENCY! And had to leave. The front desk clerk said that we would be refunded because we were only there for an HOUR! Not true! They charged me an extra night and refunded me for the extra night! I tried to call him And he kept interrupting me and saying that he did refund me, which is not true. I was trying to talk to him, and he literally would not let me talk and kept interrupting and interrupting! He doesn’t care about his employees or customers! It is very sad because the past owners were great, but it sounds like he took over the business somehow and doesn’t care about anything. I’ve called in the past To try to solve this before, and the Employees were afraid to Get a hold of him whether it was if he was at home or in a meeting or anything because they were afraid of getting fired! This is unbelievable and sad.nnWhen we did check-in and put our stuff in the room, it was 60° and in October they had the window open on the first floor, where we were at and the AC blowing hard! Obviously, someone must’ve smoked in the room or something! We did not put anything up in our room. We left our packaging up and we went to dinner and came back and found out we had a family emergency.nnJust spoke with Nikol? Who he answered the direct number, which I found very odd. Supposedly he is the general manager but he definitely does not deserve his so called position. Needs classes on his customer service! Was incredibly short, interrupted me and flat out rude!
The so called Manger is very rude and disrespectful, and he doesn't want to tell you his name and hangs up on you! I was told over a month ago from a girl at the front desk if I needed to cancel a night it would be no problem as long as it was 24 hours ahead of time! I asked her what the price was and it was alot more then priceline so I told her I would book with them and she informed me that it wouldn't be a problem! Well now we can't stay 2 nights and I'm trying to cancel 1 of the nights the Manger started yelling at me on the phone and told me there was no way he would do that and that it was a 2 night minimum!! I tried to tell him what the girl at the desk had said and he said he didn't care that he could change things just like the airlines do and then he yelled even louder and said bottom line is you booked through priceline and hung up on me! My husband called there today and asked what the managers name is and he hung up on him!
