Quality Inn & Suites

Rooms were very clean and staff were very kind. This hotel was perfect for my grandma and I to stay while she had a medical procedure completed. The beds felt brand new when you slept on them. The pillows were also very fluffy. 10/10 on the beds for sure.

Our bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There was a spring that poked the middle of my back. The room didn't even have a chair to sit in other than the very uncomfortable desk chair. Our toilet made a loud squealing sound every time we used it. Overall, not a great experience. We won't be staying here again.

Stay anywhere else in Walla Walla. We were given a room in the bottom floor, which is more like a basement, where we were quickly greeted by an overwhelming smell of pot. The ac/heater unit in the room had a massive amount of mold growing in it. I wanted a refund but we were moved up to the 3rd floor instead. The room was better but housekeeping doesn’t seem to be great. Linen was dirty. I picked up a hair band that I thought I dropped but it came up with a wad of black hair not mine so the room obviously hadn’t been vacuumed. Outside of hotel looks good and is deceiving compared to the inside. No quality seen here!

Very dated feeling, but rooms were clean and serviceable. Strong smell of cleaning supplies throughout the building, and very few amenities no toothbrushes supplied, for example. Bathroom fan was as loud as a chainsaw. Beds were ok, there was an outlet to charge phones by the bed, and staff were friendly.

We booked 3 nights and only stayed one. Pictures will be attached. The room door did not latch properly and the doorframe was broken. The bathroom lock was also broken. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk they refused to give us a partial refund or find us a new room. We contacted Choice Hotels and they didn’t want to issue a refund back to our card. I contacted the manager Nakol and he did not help us either. He yelled at me and hung up on me 4 times when I asked why he wouldn’t issue a refund.
