Red Lion Inn & Suites Walla Walla

I made a reservation for 2 nights calling their number, they took my credit card, my E-mail and my cell phone number, after driving 18 hr (1200 miles) from Loma Linda CA I arrived around 6PM to find out they were sold out and my reservation was "lost" They did not offered any help finding other hotels and the manager was not available until Monday. Good luck staying there. I will never come back.

The room was fine, and the outdoor pool was good (cold, but it's an outdoor pool). It was a bit surprising that it was a motel layout, with external doors for every room - not what I usually expect from Red Lion. But we didn't hear a lot of noise and downtown was a very easy walk. A good place to stay for a reasonable rate.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the place needs some upgrades, it's old. But it's really great with a great location and a icy cold pool and we'll be back for sure.

People that work there are very conscientious and the ones that aren't will be dismissed shortly I hope I personally know quite a few of them and the ones that buying that where they work is very important and then the others that don't it shows but once you do care pick up the slack I have to say it is a very nice place the beds are made and kept clean their burnt their breakfast is great or should I say continental breakfast is wonderful and the people that are in the kitchen definitely know what they're doing i r h e r Red Lion Inn Walla Walla a four-star I would stay there and you can

It's about as good as it gets in Walla Walla. Cedar block walls, and outwards motel style doors. Room seemed oversized (or the lack of furniture - ie couch). Bed was comfortable and TV well stocked with channels.
