Very friendly staff and the rooms were very clean. Even had the extra clean blanket that I needed on the shelf. At breakfast I was pleasantly surprised to see a choice of vegan foods for breakfast. Sometimes that is hard to find but this Best Western seemed to have choices for everyone. I was impressed. Nice clean dining area.

Nice and easy place to stay in close in location in city. Walk to most shops, dining and to the public market. Outside is kept super clean and rooms are comfortable with microwave, frig, and other small amenities. Price right. Good value and breakfast comes with a night's stay. Would go back when in Walla Walla.

Very clean rooms and great welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired with the vanity area not closed off and the shower and toilet area without hooks or shelves to hang towels etc. The breakfast was not good or very well organized in my opinion, so I would skip that. However, because of the cleanliness of this hotel and the great front desk staff, I would stay here again when in Walla Walla.

The Best Western in Walla Walla is terrific value for the money. The staff are friendly and accomodating. Location is right in town and easy to get anywhere from the hotel. And did I say the staff is awesome!

Staff were friendly and very informative. The facility is beautiful. The contenintal breakfast offered gluten-free items. The mattresses had pillow tops and are extremely comfortable.
