Courtyard by Marriott Walla Walla

Almost five stars. The room was nice, however there were some cobwebs on the vents and lamps. The shower head has a lot of build up on it and so it sprays water in all directions. Mostly hitting my face, which is super unpleasant. The pillows are flat, and they only had lavender bath products which I'm allergic too so I had to buy extra products. The hot tub and pool are really nice and the lobby is beautiful. They also offer a really late checkout at noon which is great!

I have stayed at most of the Walla Walla hotels over the last twenty years. The Courtyard is my tried and true, and by far the best space, location and service. I adore the black out shades, gym facilities, and walkable downtown location. Everything is always clean and easy, which is always appreciated whether I’m there for work or family.

There is no side door access, so it makes for long walks using only the front door to your car. They don't honor tax exempt for Govt workers. There is no continental breakfast, so it it expensive for longer stays. At least offer a 50% discount on breakfast.

I have stayed at several hotels in Walla Walla for work and personal. I find this hotel the be the best Walla Walla has in terms of amenities, service and rooms. They have a beautiful outdoor space, outdoor hot tub, gorgeous restaurant, Starbucks, great fitness center and so much more. The rooms are spacious, crisp, and the sofas are so cozy. Having in-room amenities as a fridge, microwave and coffee maker are important to me as well as a good fitness center. The General Manager here is also amazing, and you can tell she cares about her guests and the hotel. Everything is kept very clean, crisp and looking new. I will not stay anywhere else when I travel to Walla Walla. Save yourself the time of sampling the boutique hotels and stay at the Courtyard!

Pros: The front desk people are wonderful! The friendly and helpful staff is definitely the highlight of this hotel. Location is great and the property is super quiet.nCons: The bathroom really needs a fan to pull the humidity out with showers. The beds are not very comfortable and seem like they are towards the end of their life.nOverall I think this hotel is pretty good. The staff is so great!
