This place was absolutely perfect. First off the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really clean and the mini refrigerator was really big. The pool area and arcade was clean and bigger than I expected. The staff during breakfast was always making sure everything was filled up. I would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back next year!
We got a room here because it was close to the wedding we were attending. The hallways were kind of messy but the room was updated and clean. Until be were sitting there watching TV and a roach ran across the bed. We caught it and took it to the front desk. They apologized but that was it. As it was late. We asked for a different room on a different floor away from the entrances. They were nice but never offered to try to make it right. We will not stay here again.
Hotel looked much nicer in the pictures online , was a lot more rundown in person and dirty. The curtains were dirty the room had a musty smell to it, so bad that we went to the store and bought Lysol, cob webs in the corners of the curtains. AC unit didn't keep a consistent temperature, my husband and I kept waking up from the room getting too hot before it would kick back on. Pool and hot tub had cigarette butts floating in it. Staff was friendly, but seemed very uninformed when asked anything. My 3 month old spit up on a chair in the lobby and I cleaned what I could up but wanted to let them know and they had no clue where anything was to clean it. Wasn't the worst hotel ever just way more rundown than we thought it would be especially for what we paid to stay for two nights. The waffles at breakfast were nice, my kids enjoyed the pool Wouldn't stay there again though.
I have stayed many nights over the last few months as a travel nurse. All staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is standard hotel food, no complaints there. I am terrified of bed bugs so I always inspect my rooms. Lift mattresses, shine flashlights, the works. I have not found any bugs in this hotel. My rooms have always been clean. The pool area is huge with a hot tub and different games, a kids paradise no doubt. The rooms do show a bit of age but for the price and convenience, I have been very happy.
Although dated, this hotel served its purpose. Breakfast was good, and the ladies running it were great. Front desk staff was friendly. My only complaint has to do with the pool and hot tub area. It shows its age, hot tub jets didn't work well, and the pool area became so hot & humid to the point of unusable. For the area the price was a good value.
