Hampton Inn Muskegon

Husband and I were in Muskegon to visit family over the weekend. We have stayed at Hampton Inn Muskegon many times. They have always been wonderful. We arrived this time early for check in. Hampton had no problem checking us in early. Room was ready, clean. Each time we passed the front desk the always greeted us with a warm hello. On check out morning we found the bill already under our door. We highly recommend staying at Hampton Inn Muskegon.

After helping us get accommodated last minute, the lady at the front desk was so polite and helped us get a room. The room was comfortable, sheets appeared to be clean, and the bathroom was the best bathroom I've ever been in, in terms of hotels. Thank you!

I love Hampton Inn, and I will almost always stay at a Hampton Inn or other Hilton hotel when I travel. I recently traveled to this location over Labor Day weekend. A few days later, I realized I had left my favorite pair of jeans in my hotel room. When I called the hotel, they had my jeans marked with which room they have been found in. They offered to mail them to me before I even had to ask. My jeans arrived in the mail about a week later, and I could not be happier. Thanks Muskegon Hampton Inn for your superb customer service!

Very clean, very nice. Staff was great, great breakfast, very clean and fresh rooms, great hotel. Also, easy and close parking to building... Clean pool for the kids. Close to good restaurants... A++

The lady that oversees breakfast, Andrea, is AWESOME! Service oriented and the best attitude! Everyone at the front desk has been so friendly and welcoming!
