Egelcraft Mobile Home Park

This is an awful place! CPS helped with my daughter's lot rent; I was there. A week later they told me that my daughter owed over $1470. They either can't keep up with their own paperwork or they are trying to scam us. I checked with CPS and the payment cleared.

This place is great. Glad the one star reviewers are leaving for the most part. They're the ones that can't follow the rules.

It's a nice park. I've been here about five months. My main complaint is since it is dog friendly, working third shift, it's hard to sleep someday because of the barking. Which really isn't a big deal I've grown used to it now for the most part. But the rent is on the expensive side. With only one income I am not going to be able to stay here much longer. I also wish maintenance requests were taken care of quicker but they do take care of them. They even call to see how it is working since the request has been taken care of.

This is not a good place live or visit. The manager and his team are very rude and they use very bad language when doing business with you. They always let you know who the better people are.

Nice rental units. Nice overall community. Swimming pool hasnt been open during posted hours the few times we tried to use it. Only other issue would be rentals are a bit pricy.
