This place was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay the rooms were nice and clean. it was everything that we could ask for. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Would recommend to anyone, business or leisure.

This was a lat minute booking and all the hotel were fully booked. So we decided to go ahead and book a room for our family (2 queen). As soon as you walk in, there was a terrible smell of cigarette (like someone had smoked two cartons of cigarettes) and old musk. We decided to leave the door open so that hopefully the wind would freshen the room but it didn't work. The sheets were not changed (there was other people hair on the bed), there was a questionable brown stain the pillow case..visible at glance. There was a cheese stick under the a.c. The washroom was not cleaned properly and it was full of other people's hair, they don't know how to put the toilet paper in and the toilet paper was almost done and the shower curtain reeked. When my husband notify the front desk the cleaner came and asked what was dirty and I had to show her everything. The room was also full of flies and mosquitoes..I cried because I was disappointed, I tried getting a room elsewhere but again it was all booked. We didn't bothered getting their free breakfast since everything was unsanitary I decided to play it safe and go to the McDonald's. The wifi was very good 😊

The young man at the front desk was so unprepared for people. He didn't know what room to put us in.  Once we were given our room. There was a mix up. 
The room was a smoking room which was stinky and smelt of cigarettes. 
There is mold in the bathroom under the sink. Cigarette stains on the bathtub. 
Then they also assigned the room to another couple. Luckily they gave us a refund.

Beds great. Fire alarm at 2:30 am was very worrying. Clode to an hour of intermittent alarm with no explanation from staff. Front desk didn't answer phone, and no compensation for ruined night's sleep.

Rooms were clean. Minus the corners which contained spiders. Outdoor pool was unusable due to the amount of ants on the deck and amount of bugs and debree in the water. It should be cleaned more often, or at least have tools near the pool so guests can clean it themselves. Breakfast was simple but everything was stocked and tasted good. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone was super friendly and always smiling.
