Quality Inn

I really enjoyed my stay there and the staff are so friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything! The rate of the place was a plus! Having to fly there for my nephews funeral unexpectedly, Quality Inn was a restful place and affordable for me to stay! Thank you to the awesome staff! 👌🏼 and great location!!

Not only when I asked where game room was when we checked in was I patronized and told I can go to Holiday Inn from the front desk "Alma" but our room had more dust then ever should. The microwave was broke, blowdryer did not work, heat made awful noise and the smoke alarm cover was gone and battety was missing w wires unattached and when I tried to explain this to Alma she said she will let someone know. Clearly she had no issue taking my money but not giving me what I paid for. I am disgusted. I was taking my 2 daughters on a little staycation and was brought to tears numerous times. When I said I already paid for this I cannot just go pay for another her response was well it is not our problem (comfort in use to own and had game room) and not even an apology for all the issues in room. She never looked up from her plates of food to even acknowledge these issues and I think that is really sad when she had no problem taking the money for the service and amenities promised.

Very nice, good management, clean and very receptive to all my questions. Couldn't have been easier

Not handicap friendly. Front doors not handicap accessible. No elevator to second floor rooms. Hallway carpeting badly in need of carpeting. Dark grout in bathroom tile makes it suspect. Room appeared clean, was comfortable, TV worked. Free breakfast ends at 9am.
