This is a terrible company not only are the houses understaffed but also they technically force you to work alone past your shift if any co-workers don't show up....the on-call never shows up as back up or relief they just keep telling you that they're trying....YOU ARE ON-CALL IT'S YOUR JOB TO SHOW UP AND RELIEVE PEOPLE WHOM HAVE BEEN WORKING 14HRS STRAIGHT!!! and I bet that they charge the state for the staff they don't have.....there's barely any food in the fridge and the clients go a whole weekend without any food....and all the owners seems to say is that it's a management issue...NO YOU ARE THE OWNER IF SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING RIGHT YOU GO TO YOUR HOUSE AND FIX IT NOT BLAME THOSE BELOW YOU....some of the resident don't get to go out onto their outings or appointments in a long time....this is the most unprofessional place ever!!!! I suggest that if you truly care about your loved ones don't bring them there!!!!

I have been working at Eriksmoen Cottages for over 3 years, my experiences have been educational and rewarding.  I would highly recommend this employer.

Fantastic place to work. I have been working here for a little over 2 years and I couldnt be more happy. Rod and Ron are great.

We have a dear friend who is wheel chair bound, his care at this facility has been appalling. I have witness verbal abuse. Our friend was subjected to having his Tv un-pluged to punish him for asking for help.  They would raise his bed so he could not get into bed and would have to sleep all nite in his chair.  He was robbed repeatedly, he called the police but the staff would blame him for loosing things or other outrages excuses.
No one should be treated like garage, the staff had no problems with foul language and yelling at me when we tried to help our friend just get a bath.  We purchased new clothes, jackets, gloves, but they would confiscate them and never to be seen again.  This place should be shut down.  Everyone in this home needs help.  If you know someone with this company Please check up on them.!!!   These people hate there jobs, and they are taking it out on the residents.  It needs to STOP...
