Prime Rate Motel

Staff is nice. Great sized TVs in rooms. Some things could be updated. But overall it's a great motel. Been coming here for the past 4 years. Great price and normally have a room open.

Upon arrival the lady at the check in desk was all smiles and very friendly and helpful! The rooms were nice complete with very large flat screen TV fairly comfortable beds and even had microwave and mini fridge. It was definitely not your run of the mill motel room, I felt at home. The pool and hot tub were very nice and they even had a sauna, it was unfortunately out of order on our visit though. They also had many resources for what attractions and dinning is in the area. Finally they served free coffee/hot cocoa and donuts in the morning.

I recently stayed here for one night while visiting a friend in Burnsville. The motel was definitely cleaner than I expected, and a lot of the furniture looked new. The building itself was fairly old, and there were some area where paint was peeling, but the room was very well taken care of otherwise. The bed wasn't the comfiest, it was a very firm mattress but it did the job and gave us a nice place to sleep. I didn't interact with the staff much, but they seemed courtious and were very understanding. My boyfriend and I are under twenty-one so we had to call ahead because generally they don't give rooms to anyone under twenty-one, but when we explained that we were driving from out of town they made a note and we had no issues with them. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in your room, or are used to more high end locations I would look for a Hilton or Hampton , but if you are seeking an affordable place to stay for the night this is a great option. It's much nicer than other places you could stay for the same price, and is a great location. It's only five minutes from the heart of the city in Burnsville and right next to a number of gas stations and restaurants. Would be a great place to stay during a road trip if you'll only be in for one night.

Stayed their last summer. New room big cum stain on chair... u cant miss it...

Very nice place for what your paying for. Nice staff, very helpful and always willing to assist. Plus the pool is very clean and temperature control and a nice place for families
