Having traveled a lot for work, I haven’t always had the best experiences at Best Westerns, but this one is completely different.

The rooms are fantastic, clean and you know it’s good because so many businesses use them.

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Even with some slight issues, some on my part and some on the hotel, the hotel staff were quick and happy to make sure I was happy. It’s really unheard of and not seen as much. 

I’ve frequented hundreds of hotels in the last couple of years and this is one of my favorites.

Very nice hotel in Burnsville. I've stayed multiple times. The staff is always friendly, at the desk and in the lounge.  The coffee in the lobby is always good. The rooms are nice. I will continue to stay here when I am in town.

I am usually  not a fan of Best Western hotels, but this place is an exception. It's very convieniently located near I-35 and in walking distance to shops, yet it's very quiet inside. It's super clean and the layout makes you feel like you have your own condo inside. We had a room by the pool, which has two doors. One of the doors goes directly to the pool area and even has a little "patio" with table and chairs where you can sit. There is a restaurant inside the hotel called Morgans. Very good "farm-to-table" food, but not cheap. You can get breakfast there for $10 if you order it at the hotel. Overall, you won't find anything better for the price.

I've stayed here many times.   It's a great place.  Morgan's has very good and reasonably priced food.  I've never had a problem.

We have stayed here a few times now and i just love this place.  The rooms are very clean.  The staff is super friendly.  The restaurant is warm and inviting and the food is great.  We had a room with a balcony( to the inside) which was totally fun and different.  Love the relaxed atmosphere and high class appearance.  I just wish someone could tell me where they get their super soft, warm, comfy blankets and bed covers.  I want some!
