the beds were hard, I had to sleep on pillows, we brought our own pillows and forgot to the pillows off of the bed, so the housekeeping staff refused to make the bed, then I took a shower and there wasn't a rubber mat in the tub. I slipped and fell out of the tub and hit my head on the toilet. It was so slippery, it took me 45 minutes to be able to get out of the tub. My husband went to the front desk to see if they had a rubber mat, or something to help me out, but they said they didn't have anything and just asked if we needed an ambulance. I hope they will see this and get he idea to put mats in the tub, or more hand rails to help us disabled be able to hold on and keep us from falling. I will never stay at this hotel again!

The absolute worse hotel i have ever stayed in in my ENTIRE LIFE. The manager is a disgusting and absolutely unreasonable man. The hotel is damaged and actually just overall gross. The staff are not helpful and the place is gross.

For the price it's fairly maintained and clean. The linens were clean, there were plenty of towels and the room was properly stocked. A microwave and medium sized fridge as well. The only complaint was a musty smell though the windows opened and that issue was resolved with an airing out.

Room was clean, continental breakfast was nice and lots of extras like a game room and indoor pool. Stayed on the second floor and it was freezing like they turned off the heat however the room was warm when we put on the heat.

Very nice and clean room. Comfortable beds with perfect amount of of pillows. Excellent Continental breakfast. Staff was extremely kind and attentive. Only suggestion I can make is they invest in a few more bellhops. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
