Qualicum Sushi

The food was decent, but the service was very unreasonable. We have been here an hour and a half, and the majority of our food has not arrived. We didn't have enough utensils at the table, and the chef is barely at his station. We are the only customers in here and I feel like they just don't care one way or the other how we are doing. Sorry Qualicum Sushi. We will never be back.

I have been eating sushi for 35 years - this is the best I have had in Canada! Fresh, flavourful...the chef is a master and each plate is a work of art. Do not go when you are in a hurry.

The slowest service ever! I have been sitting here for an hour and a half and only received half my meal. The waitress never comes to check to see if you need refills or anything and there is only one chef from what I can tell. The food is actually fairly good though so if you don't mind starving and have nothing better to do then wait this may be the place for you.

Ordered take out close to closing one evening. California roll was very good. Qualicum roll was also delicious. Sushi was nice. Service while picking up was pleasant. The restaurant is well decorated and the servers were wearing traditional clothing which added to the Japanese look. Try it out!
