Quality of food was okay. Got a veggie bowl, chicken bowl and a kid’s quesadilla. The issue was cleanliness of the restaurant food was on multiple tables and floor was dirty.
Gave this place another chance after multiple bad experiences a few years ago. The food quality has gone so far down hill. The rice was extremely dried out in my steak bowl. The chips were blan and heavily saturated in oil to the point it was soaking through the bag. The queso sauce was really watered down and tasted worse than cardboard and had absolutely zero heat. The problem in the past use to be thier customer service but now it seems to be thier food. Corporate needs to do some serious investigating in this location
I was charged for meat 3 times when I asked for a double meat. I spoke to the cashier and he said that it was my fault be us with said the portion is too small. Will not come back to this place again
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Recently I placed a pickup order from Qdoba, i showed up about 25 minutes before closing time and the staff was sitting at tables, and one was mopping the floor, which it fine no big deal. but they all looked at me confused and after standing there for 5 minutes a guy behind the counter asked me what i needed, i told him i placed a to-go order and they looked around confused and acted like they didn’t know where it was. They then looked it up on the computer and realized i was telling the truth, and they pointed at a bag sitting at a table off to the side and said that’s where the to-go orders were picked up. Once i started walking over there the boy mopping yelled it was his food. After that a couple women employees started laughing. Then the man behind the counter said somebody already picked your order up, and I told him nobody I knew picked up the order, and I was confused and asked if somebody stole my food. He responded blankly and said yea I guess, very unprofessional, so we stood and looked at each other for a couple minutes while the other employees continued laughing. I was beyond shocked how someone can just walk in and grab a bag of food without any proof it’s theirs. Finally he offers to reimburse me for the food and asked if I wanted a receipt, but I asked him if he could just remake the food considering they still had 15 minutes before closing time, he refused and persisted they closed all the food down. Then he disappeared in the back for a while. Once he came back he claimed the manager was refunding it but he couldn’t give me a receipt. I thought it was weird since he offered the receipt in the first place and the manager never came out to speak to me or apologize. During all of this the two women employees were snickering, laughing, and glaring at us. On our way out the door the man behind the counter yelled sorry, i responded with, “well it’s not like you took it.” The women employee sitting at the table immediately jumped up and yelled, “WHAT DID YOU SAY?” I hesitated for a second and she yelled the same thing louder, like she was going to come at me. I turned around and responded with, “it’s not like he took it, because he said sorry.” And I continued walking and will never go back there ever again. horrible costumer service.
Out of shrimp. Out of white rice. Chicken was dried out. The people in front of me tried to be nice to staff saying how they understand being busy... one employee rolled her eyes. All three staff I interacted with were beyond rude. So disappointed.
I have to give them a five star because each time we go there the food is fresh even evenings and there are friendly people actually working. I used to be a chipotle fan but too many times we’ve gone to the restaurant and they were not open due to staff shortages. This happened at multiple locations. I love the quac and the brisket is awesome. Give it a try if you love fresh mex. I’m now a qdoba fan!
This place is usually pretty good but today is the last problem that I'll overlook. Whoever is there now 1700-1730 May 8 should redo their training or just not comeback to work. I understand keeping things sorted but this isn't a good way to do it. The adhesive sticker goes on the other side of where the food goes. The way my burritos were rolled was pretty bad too.
Don't stop at this Qdobo, worst one ever. No filling in our quesadilla, worst customer service, and to top it off, the health department should close them down for lack of cleanliness. I should have taken a picture of their disgustingly dirty soda machine. After I saw that, I didn't even want to eat my food. GROSS!
I ordered ahead at this location and came about 20 minutes later... There were no customers in the store and they hadn't even started my order. I went to the front desk and told the employee honestly looked liked the store manager and at first he seemed to put it back on me, saying there was no online order under my name. Then he found the order and started on it... They go light on the food here. Ask for extra or you won't get your fair portion.
This place is a joke!!! Ordered EXTRA chicken in my bowl on the app and it looked like there was barely any chicken in the bowl. I confronted the manager about it and they made me another bowl. I take the bowl to my truck to start eating and once again could barely see or taste any chicken. Took it back inside and told the manager about it again. He said he saw his worker put 2 scoops in my bowl so that's what I get. If I'm paying an extra $3 for more chicken I expect WAY more then what I got, like atleast double more. Also the place was so dirty and nasty. The workers had bad attitudes and looked like they didn't care at all. This place is a literal joke and won't get my business again.
