Placed a to go order online so I could skip the line. I ordered an hour earlier, and I was still required to go through the drive through line. Team will not run food out to car. Waste of time. Waste of an online order. Poor planning by the management. Let’s hope the food tastes good.
Hands down, the best darn KFC I've been to. The workers were short staffed and nailing it. Everything tastes fresh like the Colonel made it himself. An updated building, great workers, make this an easy spot to hit for lunch or dinner
20 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars before me. Terrible service. Decent food.
