They dont even deserve a 1 star ordered a salad came with no forks ordered 2 ranches instead of pizza sauce and they literally gave me pizza sauce with no ranches when i even asked if the ranches were in the bag when i picked it up. Called them after and all i got was a "im sorry" and thats it worst place ever save yourself your money this place needs to be shut down.
Nice Valentine’s Day pizza. It would have been great if there had been more topping options. The staff were not rude at all when I went to pick up my order.
Came in to order some bambino bread and wasn’t even greeted by the young lady who works here instead she just kept sweeping and I had to get her attention mind you this is at 7:54 at night. To just watch her sweep and then touch my bread put it in the oven and then continue sweeping so just imagine where her hands been making food.
Place an order for pizzas and brownies tonight. My brownie was burnt called the store to see if I could get it replaced the young lady that answered the phone was very rude on the phone when I asked to speak to the manager talk to the manager. he was even rude they replaced my brownie. Had to bring the brownie it back in no big deal. When the guy looked at it he's like oh yeah it's burnt so bad it could be a frisbee why are you not looking at your food before you're handing it out to your customers.
Beyond the worst customer service I have ever had with a business. The store “manager” who answered the phone proceeds to tell me that once the pizza leaves “his” store, they have no way of knowing when or where it will arrive because they have no supervision over their drivers. Our pizza has been out for deli every for 40 mins and still no pizza in sight. The so called manager is on a power trip and he doesn’t care about the customers.
Ordered through Slice App, requested a contact free delivery and instructed to not knock or ring me, to simply leave it at the door, as I was in a meeting. I was interrupted by a phone call from the delivery guy letting me know the food was outside. I went to grab it since I was already pulled from the meeting and the guy was standing outside my door waiting. I then instructed him through the door to simply place it down and leave. Please learn to follow no contact delivery instructions in these trying times. As a person classified as "at risk" I deem you reckless. Onto the food, the food was good. The Deep Dish was cooked well and the bread was good, albeit it could have been cooked a bit longer.
I picked up my pizza yesterday and as always the place was clean! I ONLY get my pizzas from this particular location and that is one of the reasons. Also, they are very efficient and friendly. The manager, Starr, is always welcoming and makes everyone who walks in right at home. The final note is the quality. Superb. Every single time.
The staff is very friendly and nice. On my first order there was a mistake on my order due to the item being new and a slight error on the website portal which was not the employees fault. I called to ask if they could remake it, not only did they remake it but even delivered it to me even though I was slightly out of their delivery range. This was above and beyond what I expected as I was willing to come pick up the item. I have been there again and everything was perfect. Their Bambino bread is amazing!! I plan to continue going there!
The drivers that were manning the counter were awesome. Friendly, polite, attentive. The manager however is rude. I placed my order with one driver, walked next door to pickup my Thai order, came back and the driver that's there is taking a phone order and dealing with other customers. The manager makes eye contact without saying a word, does an about face and goes and walks around back by the ovens for about three minutes while I'm standing there waiting to be so much as acknowledged. Finally, I clear my throat and ask, "that wouldn't happen to be **my** cheese bread sitting there would it?" At this point the driver manning the register ends her call, runs back, grabs my order, apologizes for the manager and hands me my order. Seriously, when your staff have better customer soft skills than your managers, what does that say about your business??? Updated to fix spelling error. Original post November 2017.
The customer service is very rude! After ordering our food we received a return call with the man saying, “we aren’t driving 8 miles for a pizza”. I informed him the other gentleman was much more professional. This angered him! He was talking over me not allowing me to say anything. I finally was able to say just refund my money. He said he didn’t know how to that was above his pay grade and hung up. After a bit he called back saying when his boss was able he will credit the money, then processed to ask “how was I rude earlier!” I very kindly said. I didn’t mean to sound rude but you can across as abrasive where as the other gentleman was kind. I have worked a long time on not allowing people to walk all over me! He then proceeds to call me a “psychopath”! I wanted to share my experience, this is not ok!
