The initial starter complimentary chips and salsa was good but we found the salsa a bit "hot". Just personal preferences to be fair. This is all they have also. No alternative. He ordered the Chipotle shrimp tacos. They were very average. I ordered the grand taco salad. No so grand. Decent in taste but hardly had any meat and toppings were skimpy. Not hardly enough in comparison to the greens cabbage and I believe Romain Waitress was wonderful and attentive. The cleanliness of the overall restaurant floors and tables as well as restroom were little to be desired. We were sat at a 2 person booth that had a terribly torn seat not the most comfortable even tho there was only 2 other families in entire restaurant. Small table would've been fine had they been busy but at 4 on Friday it was a wide open. Not the worst restaurant we've visited but we would never return to this particular one.
Great service by the African American waitress I wish I got her name. Food was good. The meat was a little undercooked but overall good food. 2 meals and an appetizer cost about 60 bucksFood: 4/5
Stopped in here for lunch with my mom and neither of us were impressed at all with our food. I got the portobello quesadilla and chicken tortilla soup combo. The soup was SUPER salty and I like salt and half of it was just two giant chunks of zucchini. And the quesadillas didn’t even have portobellos in it… just zucchini, yellow squash and peppers smothered in cheap cheese. The server did offer to take it off the bill and order me something else when she saw there weren’t even mushrooms on it, so that was nice. We decided against ordering any other food though as we were already really disappointed with the taste and quality and neither of us are our meals. Maybe we just had a bad cook, but I wouldn’t go back there again.
First, food and service was on par for what to expect from a themed sit down chain. No complaints there. Everything else just seemed off, like going into a Sears that's been going out of business. The old rah rah atmosphere is gone, it felt like a mall food court. The seats were faded and cracked, the decor hasn't been updated in a long time. I get it, in this post COVID world, inflation through the roof. I'm sure the staff is doing the best they can within the confines of the "Corporate knows best" hellscape, but the bathrooms were also gross. I can't remember if they were playing any background music but the sound of the death knell was quite loud.
Food was mediocre. Server was overworked. Tables were in need of cleaning. When the hostess sat us...she had to re-clean our table & seats. I watched the servers buss several tables & wipe the food right onto the floor. Food was bland & barely warm.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: No
We came and mostly had drinks with a group. A few of us got food. The service was good and the staff were very friendly. The drinks were cheap and tasty. I recommend them for margaritas and custom drinks for sure.
If you're in the mood for some Tex- Mex/southwestern type food, you've come to the right place. The cheese enchiladas were very delicious, and my husband loved his steak fajitas. We tried both the original queso and their smoked queso, and came to the conclusion that the original is by far better than smoked one. We also devoured the chips and salsa. This is a good place if you're looking for some casual comfort food dining. Be prepared for a wait time though, specially on weekends.
Waited 35 minutes for a table, told to wait in the car, then only give 3 minutes to get inside to the table. Needed more time due to weather and lack of driveway plowing. Food was great. The leaving process itself took 30 minutes from asking for the check to actually having the credit card ran and returned. People wouldn’t be waiting on tables if the servers were paying attention and getting tables closed out.
Good food. Always love the bottomless chips and salsa. Wish the salsa had little bit more heat but it was okay.Food: 4/5
Hadn't been here in quite a while and was pleased to find the food and service is still great! The holiday swirl margarita is delightfully tart and a must try. My salad in my lunch combo was surprisingly big and made for the perfect meal along with my brisket quesadilla.Food: 5/5
