Really a nice restaurant. Typical Fujian style noodle. Try the seafood noodle and the fried pork. Service is great. I will come back again.

Maybe it is because of the pandemic and you cannot eat the noodles hot and fresh, sometimes taking dishes home just is not the same as eating it right away after it is served. I ordered the Rib vermicelli and the soup is a decent broth, a bit on the salty side. There is alot of items in the dish such as cauliflower, dried scallops and shrimps, small pieces of pork as well as the large rib that you get. The take out is well packaged in a container that separates the soup and the noodles in one container. Overall fantastic dish but I have had a lot of noodles and soups in my life and this one just didn't hit me with that "WOW" factor right away or as I kept eating. In the end, the best way to find out if it suits your palate is to give it a try.

Had the seafood soup noodles - the broth was absolutely to die for. Made from bones WITHOUT typo in my original review! MSG, it was savoury, complex, and the perfect level of saltiness. As they were just starting up, they treated us to their fried pork for free - which was also absolutely divine. Perfect crispiness without excessive greasiness associated with a lot of fried items. Their dipping sauce was also delicious - I spied some bonito flakes in there that definitely added to its flavour. They also offered my aunts and I complementary drinks, despite me only ordering a single bowl of noodles. Their logic? They want to make sure each and every one of their customers feel like family.
