Pump House Bar & Grill

Phenomenal service. Every time wee needed a refill on drinks or bread two separate servers would show up in quick succession. Great entrees from burgers to exceptional chicken or steaks. Ample portions. Amazing cocktails. I had the raspberry martini and a pump house punch that were delicious!

Pump House for lunch today--right from the start, service was spotty, obviously short staffed with a single waitress to handle everything. Had to request water, napkins. Took 15 minutes for overburdened waitress to take our orders. However, our lunch entrees were great, without issue. But had to flag waitress to take drink orders and again later to request bill. We had to walk up to payment area to pay bill as no one came to pick up at table. Things happen and staff fail to show or management doesn't bother to cover. A simple "sorry you had to wait" would go a long way. I seriously doubt new patrons would return based on service received today.

Always have to ask them girls if I can order food and drinks wait forever to cash out lotto tickets leave my game to stand at the bar for them to quit bullshiting with co workers or family. Every time. Still tip hoping better next time. No such luck. Disabled and only place I can walk to with walker. Only get away for myself.

Love this place. Great atmosphere and even better food. I had a New York steak and my husband had prime rib. Best we've had.

My wife and I love the Pump House. The have a Large variety of great food. Wait staff is on it. This place can be very busy and slow at times getting your food, but it's well worth the wait. -Steele
