The staff are amazing. Super helpful and made my move very easy. Location is central and easy access in and out. I would have given 5 stars but I noticed a bunch of silverfish in my stuff upon picking it up that would have come from the facility.

This was my first time ever renting a storage facility. The staff there were so friendly, and walked me through each step of the way. I highly recommend them. Such excellent service.

Smooth experience renting a storage, Staff is very professional, very polite and friendly. The facility is very well kept and clean with good amount of unloading carts and space. Highly recommend it.

It was super easy to go through the process of renting our storage unit. Now that we have dropped off our first load for our unit, we found that it was very easy to get in and get out fast.

Very clean facility and easily accessible. The on-site staff is always friendly and helpful. I like this location better than the 192nd facility.

We needed a big storage unit for all our stuff because we started reno's and Cloverdale Public Storage came to the rescue. From the initial call to getting the storage to the closing day, all staff were amazing at their jobs at this location and very helpful. Ruwan was very understanding and went above and beyond for us. He is the reason we traveled all the way to Cloverdale Public storage and didn't go to a storage place closer to us. When ever we need storage this location will be our go to place and we highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you again unit 3256

We used Public Storage in Surrey as we had used it in Vancouver. Their customer service is excellent. The front desk staff are always willing to help and provide any info you need. I have just closed one unit after 5 years. We have another unit for the last 7. The storage area is clean and Safe.

This spring I required a Storage facility and had the pleasure of obtaining a unit at the Cloverdale Facility located on 64 th Ave. & Hwy 15. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you need a unit I would strongly recommend contacting this Facility for availability of a unit. They carry a good supply of products for your packing needs should you require additional boxes, etc.
