Public Storage

I have been renting a unit from Public Storage in King George Surrey for several months.I have no complains but only good that I have to say.The Service level is very high with the managers. Mostly I deal with Dona and Lal. They know their customers very well. Even both can remember the name of the customers.It is amazing to see when they call by our names.We feel very warm when we go to the office as all them are very friendly.I will highly recommend them to any one who is looking for storage. Keep up the good work .

I had a wonderful experience at this public storage location. We held our unit there for a year, and only moves out because we now have storage space in our new home. Chitra always provides extraordinary customer service any time we visited the office during our stay. She is friendly, knowledgeable and confident in her service. The units are clean and dry. We never had an issue. Thanks for the great stay!

we have multiple storage units with Public Storage, I must say Chitra, Dona & Lal have always given us great service and helped whenever needed with payments or anything in general! I recommend not only this public storage location but any on the lower mainland.

Great facility, safe, clean, organized and very well looked after! Very nicely located in the heart of surrey. Prices are very competitive and the staff (Dona, Lal, Chitra) are amazing! I have a large unit in this facility for business use and they made it very easy for all my delivery companies to access my storage unit! Highly recommended.

Good location right next to Costco....you want to come in driving south past Costco as the entrance is right in the center of the intersection. Deal with Chitra...Dona....or Renuka......The staff are very helpful.. they also sell tape...locks and various supplies that you might need.
