Kal Tire

I dropped off a lose wheel and tire that had a slow leak. I checked back later that afternoon, just as they were starting to fix it. They found the valve had a very slow leak and replaced it free of charge. When I offered to pay, I was told, "It's no big deal - no charge. Thanks for waiting patiently." Seeing as how I'd only had to wait ten minutes (and it wasn't a big deal to wait, anyways), I thought that was a great gesture. I'll come back for all of my other wheel/tire work, when it's needed. Thanks, Mack - much appreciated!

I found the service here just horrible and I've been to other Kal Tire locations which have been great. Hopefully it was just a one time thing but I will definitely not being going back.

Great experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff member spent the time yo explain what I did and didn't need. I learned some new terms. I'm very happy they were honest in saying that I don't need tires yet due to they some life left.
