Fantastic facilities, wash station, bathroom, grounds maintained on a regular basis. I always feel like I can check or work on my vehicle in peace and security. It is a grass and lot, and they don't have a huge office with multiple employees, but I'd rather here than most other places. Would recommend.

Its time to THANK YOU guys. You guys were one of my best findings in Surrey. You took good care of all my storage needs for past 4 years from my couple of boats, my RV and my truck. I Recommend you guys to everyone who need storage space

Pros and cons....1st the cons. There's only one employee in the office, and business hours are not as advertised on the website. 3 p.m is usually when no one is at the office. The gate is a pad lock and chain. It's a grass/weed parking stalls. They will not pro rate, upon ending rental. They will charge a full month if you are still parked on the 1st of the following month....Pros, the onsite care takers are very friendly, sociable, and they just want to help with anything they can. Also, they have a wash station.

Business does not have the proper permits or license to operate in Surrey. Proprietor is a known fraudster. Use a different storage place that is operating legally.
