miracle movers completely wasted my time for my move in march. after not showing up for their scheduled time, i called to see what was up. they said they were going to be delayed by 2 hours— something they didn’t bother to inform me of ahead of time, which is what i find most unprofessional. i was moving from one condo to another so they had to be aware of how strict elevator bookings can be— and for that reason, i had to cancel them and move myself because i was not able to reschedule my elevator bookings. what should have been a 3 hour job turned into an entire day. had they notified ahead of time that their previous moves were taking longer than expected, i could have possibly had the time to make other arrangements.

We failed 4 times with our moving company choice and our last shout was Miracle Movers! Not a single moment we regretted the choice, moreover, we are absolutely amazed! Friendly, understanding team that knows that moving is stressful, were really hard-working ( even refused the lunch :) ) and professional. Cannot wait to share my experience and I hope the same team can assist my soon-moving friend! The Best Ever!!!

I booked my move with them based off their excellent google reviews, & they did not fail to disappoint! Everyone in the office is so receptive and nice. Their prices are fair & they help execute the move in an efficient & organised way. The movers, Daniel & Alex, were also extremely professional and took care of all items, even delicate ones. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to move in the GTA area.

An incredible moving company from start to finish. Moved 2 bedroom apartment from Toronto to Ottawa. Very affordable, movers were very fast and accommodated my moving time needs. Very professional during every step in the process. Were on time at pickup and drop off with ample communication throughout the process. Nothing was broken, everything safely secured in their moving truck. Total cost with labour was lower than competitors by a large margin. Would hire again in an instant.

Original quote for just over $1000.00 and now they are charging me almost $5000.00. They charged me $45.00 to weigh my stuff and when I asked for a re scale they told me that if the weight is within 10% of the weight on the second scaling they are going to charge me $400.00. This is not a poker game it's business. Completly dissatisfied with this situation. Don t use this company.
