From the first phone call with Sherry Wawryka to inquire about your services to the day of our scheduled shredding we were treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. Everyone was attentive, knowledgeable and conscientious with follow ups. We were a small job but we were made to feel important and valued. Your driver - Sep - who arrived to do our shredding was punctual, pleasant and very neat he stacked our empty boxes back where he took them from when he was done. We are not likely to ever need your service again but will DEFINITELY recommend you to others. Thank you for a GREAT JOB WELL DONE!!
a really smooth and easy process. customer service was amazing. they called the day before to confirm. they called the morning of to give the 3 hour window. the driver called 45 min before to let me know they were on the way. came & shredded right at driveway and left. perfect transaction. old school customer service --- refreshing!!
Blue-Pencil's extremely competitive rates were highly impressive, I was unable to find this price anywhere else. Plus the fantastic customer service from the salesman who helped book the shredding date, I would definitely use their company again. They made everything so convenient for me.

This company provides excellent service, after having dealt with a competitor it was a difference of night and day. I can highly recommend their services. Communication was timely, shredding pickup was quick and efficient and their staff really know what they are doing.
Sherry was very patient during the scheduling procedure due to my hectic work calendar and always gave me a follow up phone call. Much appreciated! The gentleman that arrived to remove the documents for shredding was very polite, professional and on time with a heads-up phone call prior to arriving. Also very appreciated.
We called Blue-Pencil to take care of our shredding needs at our home. The team was efficient to set up the appointment, called us 30mins before arriving during our service window, and shredded our documents in front of me. Was very easy and would highly recommend them to anyone.
The Blue Pencil team responded incredibly quickly, which we really appreciated as we were under time pressure, and after experiencing 2 months of really poor customer follow-ups and sporadic communications with other vendors. Their team was very professional on arrival, left the location well organized, and have been responsive to any and all requests. Strong recommendations for Blue Pencil ~ talk to them FIRST!
Great experience with Blue Pencil Shredding. Easy to deal with, truck arrived on time for onsite service, secure shredding took only minutes. Wish I hadn’t wasted so much time using my home shredder before I finally decided to go this route!
The technician arrived exactly on time and phoned to let us know he was here. The shredding process was completed in less than 10 minutes, and we received the certificate of destruction by email immediately upon completion. Everyone we spoke with in the booking and shredding process was very kind and helpful.
