Pub de quartier

Story

Welcome to Pub BreWskey, your Old Montreal neighbourhood pub!
The BreWskey project started with 3 friends that share a passion for food, beer, whisky, gin and well, a passion for the good things in life. After years of working in bars and restaurants, we decided to open a microbrew and whisky pub, The BreWskey (that’s it, you got tùhe amazing play on words, Brew+Whiskey = BreWskey). Our goal is quite simple, we offer you the products and the service that we want to get as client and trust us, we’ve tried many bars !
At BreWskey’s, the ambiance is relaxed, welcoming and the dress code is “Just come wearing clothes”. We want you to feel at home. What really matters for us are the products. We offer a wide array of microbrew beers that will evolve with the clients and the employees. The whiskies are mostly Scotches and have an important place in our hearts. But don’t be scared non-drinker of beer or whiskey, we also have a large selection of alcohols, wines and various cocktails (that only us know the recipe) all selected for their originality and unmatched taste.
As for the food, the idea is the same. Our chef prepares original main and side dishes with a common recurring ingredient; alcohol ! Yes, we are serious. And if you are like us and you are always hungry, you will be delighted to know that food is available until 2h in the morning!
You will be able to enjoy our amazing (and large) terrace located directly on Saint-Paul Street almost all year long (you have to go home once in a while, unfortunately).
In short, at Pub BreWskey, you are welcome at home.

BreWskey was the only place we went to twice in our recent visit to Montreal! The beers are awesome! Especially the smoothies which are really refreshing on a hot day. The food is also good with nice portion sizes that are good for sharing. The patio is dog friendly and good for people watching. Will definitely be back on our next visit!
Great location and dog friendly patio! and friendly servers. Food was pretty good - what you’d expect as typical pub food. Drinks were really good though. It does tend to get very busy so we didn’t get a chance to ask for water and had to get our own take box. But overall, pretty good place for a quick meal.
Great Bear, good food. What more could I ask for. Got myself a rack of a few of there beer options and was not disappointed. Also ate a good burger and the fries where on point. They have a very pleasant caramelized onion mayonnaise for the fries that is delicious.
The best experience ever!!!! We ate the calamars appetizer and they were delicious! We tried the beers #2, #5, #6,#7, #8, #9, #13,#17 and all were extremely DELICIOUS! For sure we will come back to try them all. We ordered the hamburger with fries and poutine and we loved it!!! I highly recommend this place: amazing food and beer! Our waiter was very kind and helpful! We will return for sure soon! If I could give more stars for sure I would!
100 out of 10. Casey our host was amazing. Good music, food and drinks. My only complaint was the Mimosas too much orange juice . Definitely, a place to come back!!! Thanks
Absolutely fantastic. Daniel was our server and I can say without a doubt that he is one of the best servers I have ever had. Super attentive, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic personality. Pub BreWskey, you are lucky to have him. We came here on Christmas day evening after getting stranded in Montreal due to weather and honestly, this place was a light in the darkness for us, so much so, that we even came back the next day. Great beer, food, and atmosphere. Thank you!
The salmon gravlox is super duper salty. Avoid it The vege sandwich and beef sandwich were good The artichoke dip is decent The duck wings were decent Drinks and service was good Vibes inside and live music is amazing. Great for a team night out.
We came in for a late dinner after exploring the city by foot and were immediately seated at the last open table on the patio. Our server was very friendly and promptly brought us water after taking our drink order. Another person delivered our beers shortly after. We sat and enjoyed our drinks for a while before ordering food. I had the smash burger and upgraded my fries to poutine for $4 which was an excellent decision. My wife had the fried chicken burger which she said was delicious. Our server was kind and answered some travel related questions for us. She spoke very fluently in both English with us and in French with the table behind us. While waiting for our check, our water glasses were refilled once more. We paid and exited to see the patio aglow post sunset. This would be a great spot for lunch, just drinks, or a tasty meal.
Great brewpub in a nice location. Solid line up of beers , though a few more dark ales over the hazy’s would suit the winter conditions better. The Koko Imperial Stout is superb - a huge explosion of coconut, dark chocolate and espresso. Cheeseburger was top notch pub food.
One of my favourite breweries I've been to. Stout was amazing. Jonathan was great service. Hope to come back before we leave!
