The option of delivery at my own time request is remarkable. Free delivery in these weather conditions is always a plus. Everything was done super quickly and had no headaches receiving my medication. I live in the west island and still got my medication within a couple of hours.

Delivery service is a nice option, however, the service does leave much to be desired. Important medication delivered to the wrong address. Business phone does not have a switchboard or "call waiting". If you're unlucky enough to call when the line is busy, you won't be put on hold or be given the option to leave a message. Beyond that, the clinic is located in a mainly Anglophone area, in an English hospital, yet all information pertaining to prescriptions is provided exclusively in French. This can be borderline dangerous. Great idea, terrible execution.

Helpful and efficient, with a free delivery service. Can be a bit of a wait at peak hours. I find the pharmacist friendly and easy to ask awkward questions of.
