Provigo

We’ve ordered many cakes, cupcakes and other sweets from this Provigo location over the years and I have to say our family is never disappointed. The staff is so kind and accommodating at the bakery. We have also ordered the large square pizzas for parties and they are always a hit, again the deli/hot meals staff is also so professional and nice. Our orders are always ready earlier than expected and they go out of their way to provide an excellent service. Grocery store bakeries get a lot of hate for no reason and truly Provigo Lucerne puts all those comments to shame with their delicious sweets.

Baffling array of fresh produce at prices you might expect. Had some wholemeal rolls that were excellent. I haven't had an opportunity to browse the full range, but hopefully I will soon. Strongly recommend if you're in the area.

This store is terrible. The products advertised in their flyers aren’t available when you come in. The meat that’s on sale is limited to one package per person. It seems like they’ve changed the manager, because I’ve been coming here for years and these issues have been happening for about three months now. Don’t come. It’s 1 PM and they still haven’t brought out the meat cuts, even though customers are waiting outside.

This Provigo store should be given an award in store design and operation, if such kind of recognition existed.nThe place is on second floor, use an escalator to transport clients. It is very clean, well decorated, with speciality supply in on-site bakery, seafoods , marinated meat, fresh meat as well as aged commercial cut steak. Also, the grocery products are diverse, with excellent supply on frozen product as well.nIt happened to be the corn season. A worker saw me having interest and asked me to wait for a while as he will top up the supply, a good staff who cares about customer satisfaction.nDefinitely, this is a place for satisfactory and comfortable grocery shopping.

Pretty good supermarket that offers a variety of hot plate choices for those on the good. They have a lot of special too, but usually on junk food. The aisles near the fridges are a bit too small for circulation.
