Attendu 10mn au comptoir sans aucun client à attendre qu'un de ces 5 fainiants veuillent bien me donner une boite d'advill. Pire c'est qu'ils me regardaient, on dirait qu'ils étaient pas dans le mood de me servir et que leur boss était probablement pas là. Déplorable et j'ai fait remonter une plainte au siège.

Disgusting customer service. Offered no help, long wait lines, port office worker wouldn't even look at me and could barely speak, will never go there again

I have used the Med Ready online service 3 times and each time there is an issue with my prescriptions not being delivered as requested. When I tried to ask the owner Patrice Simard why this keeps happening, he yelled at me to wait in line like everyone else. He would not even hear my question. He was disgustingly rude. My next issue is that they failed to tell me when it was my last refill and then would not supply me with more than 2 days worth of extra pills to buy me some time to reach the dr. I have been going to this pharmacy since I was born (my parents first and then myself as I got old enough), I think I'm about ready to give up on them after all the bad service and attitude. Time to improve your service Mr. Simard!
