The Pharmaprix Pharmacy on ch. Lucerne in TMR really impresses me. The pharmacists and staff are professional, friendly, and truly customer service-oriented. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel valued. Also help with with the insurance claim for the medication. Highly recommend!

Worst cashier experience ever! My wife needed an essential medication, and there was a sale sticker on it. However, when we got to the cashier, she took an agonizing 10 minutes trying to figure out how to apply the price match, fumbling with buttons and looking clueless. Eventually, she called over another employee who, instead of helping, rudely dismissed the situation, claiming the sale sticker was a mistake and that no discount applied. Not only did she refuse to honor the price, but she also didn’t bother to apologize, making us feel like we were in the wrong. It was as if we were being accused of tampering with the price! It was an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience. A simple apology and professional handling of the situation would have gone a long way, but clearly, customer service wasn’t a priority for them. My wife left feeling humiliated and disrespected. Unacceptable!

VERY bad quality of passport picture, blurry and very dark I strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you don't want to risk getting your picture refused by the passport office. I had to go elsewhere to re-take it as I could not risk getting refused a passport application which I needed urgently. Very disappointing, stressful and frustrating.

It has been 2 times that I have waited for more than 40 min for a prescription. The last time, the pharmacist called me in the afternoon to tell me that my prescription was ready, I came in the evening to look for it and after 40 min and asking several times to 3 different employees, they told me to wait longer that the pharmacist had to check the prescription. I understand that they are busy, but it is not acceptable the waiting time for the prescription. I had to leave since I had another appointment later, without prescription. Definitely more organization is required.

The staff are very pleasant but they need to be trained on how to use the lotto machine. Apparently the manager told them not to sell the group tickets because they haven’t been trained on how to use it.
