My sister asked a pharmacist for non-over the counter medicine and he said he couldn't hear but when she moved to the end of the counter, he didn't follow and just ignored her. Maybe it was because she didn't wait in line, so after waiting 5min of him looking anywhere but our side, we went to wait in line. When it was our turn, the cashier asked for the pharmacist. He looked at him and the cashier said "ok you can go wait for him at the other side". At the other side, we waited another 5min and saw him go help the next person in line. So I went back in the line and a technician came to greet us. She told us to wait and while we waited, we saw her go ask the pharmacist who went to get the medicine, explained to her something and went back behind the counter. Then the technician gave us the medicine. I don't know what we did to anger the guy or justify his rudeness but a simple "hey go over there like everybody else" would've been fine, if that was what ticked him off. The silent treatment is unacceptable and I still don't know what we did to piss him off.

Last week I need change for my bus fare so I went to pharmaprix lucerne to buy something so I can get my change but I was really disappointed to one of their employee for being unprofessional dealing with me as a costumer when she gave me my change she put them on the counter and I was hardly picking them one by one and instead of helping me picking those coins she let me do it on my own where some costumer are waiting on the line she should help me rather than telling me maybe it's time for U to cut your nails Is it right that an employee telling me as a costumer what to do with my personal Stuff.

I'm really disappointed with the service at this local Pharmaprix today. The manager on duty, Hicham, showed no respect at all to loyal customers. To be fair, I'm a regular customer of this store and accumulated enough points to claim top rewards. I have had overall good experiences in cosmetics, pharmacist, and post office. The problem is really the quality of the basic food in the fridge section. About 2 months ago, I bought a milk which had at least 3 weeks until expiration date. When I opened it, it was totally ruined. It looked like pieces of foam lumps in water. We heated it just to be sure to not waste. It confirmed since bigger lumps formed and left water on the bottom. We do buy the best milks if we can, fresh, organic and local brands. We buy also from Costco, Provigo among other stores. We never had issue and I am literally 1 min from this store. But Anyhow, we threw away the milk, didn't bother going back for a refund, thinking it's an exception. Last week and this week, we went back again to the store and bought milks among other stuffs. My dad started with a bottle and he got sick in Diarrhea in the afternoon. We didn't think it was the milk, until the next day when I had some early morning, I throw up. It was obvious because the taste was sour and very isolated again foam lumps vs water. We heated again to be sure and here we go again... I was very disappointed, mostly because of the fact my dad got sick possibly because of it. I brought the opened bottle with me along with another full bottle not opened. I spoke with 1 staff and another 1 who was passing messages to the manager in the back store. I waited a little bit and the manager, Hecham, finally showed up at front. He basically told me he's not gonna refund the one I opened because it is half empty. I explained to him that my reaction after heating the milk was to through it away, instead of put it back to the bottle and prove to him I did not drink it, logical, right? I did take a picture of foam lumps from last time and showed him basically the milk was ruined. How am I supposed to know that the milk is good or bad if I don't open and try it? He looked at the expiration date and said "It is impossible that the milk is bad the expiration date is 3 weeks from now". "We don't refund because of the taste". The cashier added "This milk was a different taste because it was blah blah". Really? He didn't want to listen more, he just saying he cannot do anything and ask me to come back from 8-5 the next day. I work 9-5 so I will never be able to come back. Funny part happened in the end. After going back and forth for 10 mins. He told the cashier to refund just the full bottle. Then he called a guy over and asked him to put the full bottle in the "end of the fridge". EXCUSE ME? Didn't you just prove to me it is possible that a bottle of milk can be bad even if the expiration date is in 3 weeks? You just put it back to sell that you don't even know how long it has been out there. I did just take it out from my fridge and went there but he did NOT know that. At the end of the day, I'll stay away from that store from now on. I can't risk to get anybody at home to be sick. Twice in 2 mth is A LOT. I would suggest the SM to check the facts and COACH your employees and I would suggest that the quality control team reinforce food quality procedures. If you return a burger, any restaurant would throw it away in front of you, EVEN if it's not opened, EVEN If you bite into it and it's not what you ordered or the quality is not good. I can understand if you are not allowed to refund half empty product. I could even understand if you don't believe me. I could understand if you have no time for me because you need to refill your empty sections in the store. But I can NOT understand you don't respect your customers health and safety by putting back that bottle of milk. The one I bought could be very well a refund he put in the "end of the fridge" -----Follow up: Manager called to apologize and said she would have refunded without any question.

Bad service at the pharmacy counter, the wait is long and the pharmacists show absolutely no empathy for their clients. They couldn't care less of your situation.

Extremely slow service at the medication counter -- do not go there on Sunday night. Nearly an hour for 2 off the shelf items + 30 pills, the place was almost empty and they only passed 3 other customers during our wait. This isn't acceptable.
