Providence Plumbing

Chris is amazing. I've now used him a few times and he's always been extremely helpful and his work is perfect. Today I had a continuing problem with something that was not his fault, and when I called him to inform him he was over in 10 minutes, spent the better part of the day troubleshooting, ultimately fixed the problem, and when I tried to pay him he absolutely refused to accept anything. Tradesman this good and this honest are hard to come by. I cannot recommend him enough.

Made an appointment with Chris for today December 19. I waited most of the day. He was a no show. No call, no text during the day. I contacted him and he said he was busy working. I reminded him that we had an appointment. He said he would “try” and drop by later tonight since he was busy. That wasn’t the arrangement. He made me feel undervalued as a customer. I’m sick of unreliable, unprofessional trades people who just walk all over their clients. There are way too many of you out there who would appreciate my business for me to have to put up with that crappy service. Unacceptable.

Chris responded right away to my inquiry, he was able to fix the problem with the simplest, most practical solution. It was fixed in half the time and cost less than a third of what another large plumbing contractor was quoting me. Excellent and honest plumber I will call next time I have an issue.

Got a bathroom sink clogged and I called Providence Plumbing. We are very satisfied with the great customer service, on time, reasonable price - we'll call him again for any future plumbing issues for sure!
